Itinerary
Step inside one of Kraków’s most important historical museums — Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory — where history unfolds through immersive design and expert interpretation. This is not merely a biographical exhibition; it presents a comprehensive narrative of Kraków during the years of Nazi occupation, revealing how the war reshaped the city and the lives of its inhabitants. Accompanied by a licensed professional guide, you will bypass the queues and enter the permanent exhibition “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945.” Located in Schindler’s former enamel factory, the museum tells not only his story but also that of the Jewish and non-Jewish residents who endured daily life under occupation. As you move through the galleries, you will encounter original artifacts, archival photographs, and carefully reconstructed spaces. The narrow corridors and subdued lighting are intentional, designed to evoke the tension, uncertainty, and atmosphere of the era.

Matt was amazing!! Very instructive and good English speaking Guide. Furthermore, we have seen new parts of the city and learned a lot about the city.
very bad service, disappointed with the guide Anna Porch, undisciplined, arrogant and aggressive, intolerant and uneducated person.
Nobody showed up and the local company did not find a solution. Not recommended. We could not even buy the tickets
Our guide was fantastic, she was the grandaughter of a German who had been rounded up by the Nazis in Krakow. The whole experience was very moving, she also recommended reading material, the Krakow Ghetto Pharmacy. We went on a Saturday and the museum was very busy. I feel the museum should open at specific times for tours with guides, as it's so busy it's very hard to hear the tour guide, and many people are crossing in front of uou at certain exhibits.
Great tour guide that explained a lot of the history. A must see tour when in Krakow that told the history of Poland in ww2.
