- Please do not bring large baggage as the vehicles only have enough room for passengers to sit
- For wheelchair - 2 extra spots must be bought to have space for the wheelchair to place it in the electric car or it can be left in our office for the time of the tour
- You may finish the tour at Schindler's Factory or Meeting point.

Trip was ok, sadly we were joined by 4 older brits in their late 50’s early 60’s who kept on talking over the descriptive audio and the guide when he was speaking and we missed out on lots of information about the city. What made it worse was the men needed to toilet and were seen urinating against a statue in church grounds. Shame on you, no wonder Brits get such a bad rep, disgusting

Trip was fine, sadly we sat at the back of the kart facing the rear. These seats are higher and you get a restricted view as need to keep ducking ur head down to see. Also we were joined by 4 older brits in there 60’s who kept on talking over the audio and guide when he spoke so we missed out on lots of information about the city. To top it all off they needed to use the toilet and were seen urinating against a statue while visiting a church !!! Shame on you, no wonder brits get such a bad rep abroad.

Our driver was sick so we had a stand in. He was fine, we were all given earphones so that gave all the information, it was good and gave us a quick view of all the areas.
A fun couple of hours with Lukas who was fun, kind and well informed. He showed the group all the sites and commented in a fun and cheerful way.
Excellent hosting from Simon thank you - he added extra commentary and interacted with customers So well organised, on time, comfortable Definitely recommend the company
Tour was great, driver was on time and very friendly, the seating was very comfy and clean, the tour itself was very informative and we got to see and learn a lot about the the city and the driver gave us plenty of time for photos and to take in the beauty, would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Krakow, great value for money
Great way to get a quick overview of the city if you don't have a lot of time. Or it could just act your early reference guide to the rest of your trip as you explore deeper into the city's history and culture. Trip without Schindler, optional, is only about 1 hour 45 minutes. John was friendly and returned us to our starting point at the end of the tour. Good value!
Changed agreed times did not follow itinerary took less than 2 hours tour guide/driver uncommunicative I would not recommend this company-I would recommend the tour as it is interesting but use a company that does what it is meant to do
Tour is NOT 3 hours. It was maximum 1,5 hours. And it was NOT drop off at same place like pick up (as it says it should be)
