Start your diving adventure with convenient hotel pickup in Kota Kinabalu, followed by a safety briefing from a PADI-certified instructor. Beginners will explore the gentle waters of Pandan Island, while certified divers can discover the vibrant submerged reefs of Kota Belud. After two exhilarating free dives or 1 DSD dive with PADI guide, enjoy a hearty lunch at a local beach resort, and unwind on the private white sand beach. Take advantage of free time to kayak or paddleboard in the stunning Mengkabar Bay, making this a perfect day of diving and relaxation by the sea before return back to Kota Kinabalu.

Itinerary
The trip begins with a pick-up from Kota Kinabalu by land vehicle, followed by a boat transfer where divers get their gear ready and receive the all-important dive briefing.
9:30 AM: Briefing and 1st dive or dsd scuba dive 10.15 AM: Surface interval on boat 11.15 AM: 2nd dive (only free dive) 12.30 PM: Lunch at Bigfin resort, relax on beach
2 pm: Free time for Kayaking and Standup Paddleboarding (self-exploration in Mengkabar Bay). 4 pm: Return to Kota Kinabalu, or join a Mangrove River cruise to see proboscis monkeys and other natural animals while enjoying dinner and fireflies.
For guests who add on a Mangrove River boat to see proboscis monkeys and other natural animals while enjoying dinner and fireflies, the expected return time is 9 p.m. (add-on only). Those without this fireflies itinerary will return to Kota Kinabalu at approximately from 4 p.m.
