This was a very disappointing tour - mainly on account of the guide. He provided no information AT ALL about the plant and animal life in the mangroves, no insight into anything we passed along the way there, no insights into local life - nada. Also, the promised itinerary was meant to include a visit to the City Mosque and the Pink Mosque. We stopped off at neither. The reason given for this was that there were 'insufficient number of participants' - which would have been perhaps understandable, had it not been for the fact that we had a full bus. The restaurant selected as for the refresher and dinner was also very ordinary. The tour provider was Wadi Run Fire Camp. It felt like a con, tbh. Don't do it.
Dear, Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback with us – we truly appreciate it, and we're really sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We want to be completely open with you. As a travel listing company, the guides on our tours are overseen and selected by our local provider partners. That said, we absolutely hear your concerns about the guide's English level, and we agree that clear communication is so important. We'll be sharing your comments with our partners to help improve this. Just so you know, the route we use is quite standard in the area – most tour companies make the same stops and serve similar local meals. The schedule can also change due to local conditions, which we do mention in the product details. We know that doesn't make it any less disappointing when things don't go as smoothly as hoped, and we're sorry for that. We really appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, and we'd love the chance to make things right. If you're open to it, please feel free to reach out to us directly – we're here to listen and help however we can. Thank you again for your honesty, and we truly hope you'll give us another opportunity in the future. Warm regards,
