Pickup Locations & Times
For your convenience, we offer hotel pickup from Chaweng, Choeng Mon, Plai Laem, Bo Phut, Maenam, Bang Por, Lamai, and Nathon (hotel transfers are not available for the ATV Park 30 Min option). Our pickup times are 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM, 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM, and 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. This service is primarily for accommodations located near the main road. If you're staying on a hill, please proceed to a nearby hotel or designated meeting point. Your exact pickup time will be emailed to you. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Guests who are more than 10 minutes late, or not present when the vehicle arrives, may be considered a no-show.

- Drivers must be at least 16 years of age. Passengers are typically accepted from 8 years old and above. Passengers are required to book at the child rate.
- Children under 16 riding an ATV (even as a passenger) must be supervised by a parent or guardian and will be under the close guidance of our tour instructors.
- Participants must be in good physical condition and free from medical conditions that could be exacerbated by the activity (e.g., heart conditions, back problems, recent surgeries, pregnancy).
- Please note that some stops are available only on the 4-hour program and may vary due to weather and seasonal conditions, including the waterfall.
- Participants are required to adhere strictly to the instructions provided by the tour guide or instructor throughout the tour. The tour operator reserves the right to terminate participation, without refund, for any risky riding or disruptive conduct.
- For your safety and to protect the natural environment, you must remain on the marked trails. Do not attempt to take shortcuts, veer off the path, or explore unauthorized areas.
- Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund
- No flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed footwear are allowed.
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
