The sights were top. Organizing with Milkiway Tours was a medium disaster. We booked and paid for a tour car Mercedes. We got a little KIA. Who gives us a credit for this? The driver (a Pakistani) should pick us up at the hotel entrance at 09:00. He didn't do that. The Concerge of the hotel confirmed to us on request that there are no such problems with Japanese, which we can also confirm through previous tours. At about 09:15 the driver came forward and told us that he could not pick us up at the hotel entrance and urged us to find him on the street. He didn't tell us where he was, what car he was driving, etc. After we sent our location via WhatsApp, his sent us and we should come to him. After about 100m we found him. He informed us that he is just the backup driver for his friend and that he is unacquainted.
It was a beautiful tour in Himej and Kobe. The driver was a little late in the morning, but he compensated for this and did not finish the tour until 1930. Highly recommended!
We had such an amazing experience with Umair. He took us to the most beautiful locations and helped us capture so many incredible photos. He was so friendly, polite, and communicated perfectly the whole time. He really went above and beyond and made our holiday even more special. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
