Klein Curacao Day Trip with Premium Open Bar and BBQ-Lunch

Description
From far away you can spot the bounty sunlit island and its old iconic lighthouse. Upon arrival at Klein Curacao, the crystal-clear water is calm, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Although the dry way to get to shore from the catamaran is by dinghy, we recommend you grab a snorkel and swim to shore! Upon going into the water, you will immediately spot many colorful fish and turtles all around you! When you get ashore, explore the island while blissfully sunbathing along the way: visit the iconic pink lighthouse, the shipwrecks and ruins. At noon, the crew is ready to serve you up an extensive BBQ buffet. Enjoy drinks from the open premium bar. Around 3:00 pm we set sail, waving goodbye to this Caribbean pearl and on the wings of the wind head back to Curacao. CRUISE PASSENGERS, PLEASE NOTE: Our departure location Jan Thiel is approx. 25 to 30 minutes from the Curaçao Cruise Terminal. Unfortunately cruise ships dock too late to allow time for check-in here at 08:00 AM.

Awesome ! Great crew and great food! The color of the water is out of this world. So pretty !! I met a wonderful family on board and other great people 😀😀
This is an awesome excursion. The trip out to Klein was rough, and multiple people got sick, but the crew did a really good job with getting everyone situated with that aspect. Klein is an awesome spot to check out the lighthouse and shipwreck, swim, and hang on the beach. The BBQ lunch was great as well. On the way back (with much calmer waters), the crew turned the boat into a dance party with the drinks flowing. While many people on the boat were saying they aren’t going to get on a boat again for a very long time because of how rough the trip out to the island was, I’m still giving 5 stars since that’s entirely out of the company/crew’s control and every aspect of their handling of the day was fantastic.
All the attention from the crew was excellent. Very kind, attentive, fun. The food was very delicious and the cleanliness and organization of the boat stand out.
It was gud the crew members was very helpful the food was great and it was a buffet style also the drinks was also and I enjoy how they change up the blend of music so for me it was a remarkable experience
What a super trip it was again. On board everything is there, a super friendly and helpful crew. The trip there is nice and relaxed, enjoyed the view of the coast of Curacao. Make sure you are on the left side of the ship. Once you arrive on Klein Curacao you have to swim quickly to the island if you want shade from the palapas. There are plenty of cots, but shade spots are not. So take the 8:00 a.m. boat or you won't have any shade. Lunch is perfect, enough delicious food! On the way back, it's a party on board. Music, dance and a nice drink! Was a beautiful experience again!
A great day on the water! It was nice because everyone does their own thing once we get to the island - snorkel, walk the island or sunbathe! The BBQ was delicious!!!! These guys work hard to keep you entertained and it shows! Highly recommend!
BlueFinn Charters made my birthday extra special by arranging an amazing boat trip to Klein Curaçao. Their attention to detail was incredible—they even announced my birthday and had everyone on board singing to me. It was the perfect way to celebrate. Communication was excellent throughout. I purchased extra tickets after booking the first set and I had zero issues merging the two confirmations
The island is beautiful. Just wish we had drinks and stuff in the beach. They bring water but you don’t get any liquor til lunch. It’s open bar and that’s why we booked it but don’t expect anything before 12:30-1. Essentially second half of the trip. The crew was super friendly and the food was delicious. Only down side was the drinks. It shousint be advertised as open bar. We couldn’t get drinks anywhere else on the beach either. All bars are dedicated to the other tours.
The only thing I regretted is that we didn't have cash to tip them!! What a party it was! For our daughter with Celiac disease we had indicated that she was not allowed gluten. That was well heeded. Especially for her they had wraps and pasta and she could eat with the meat of the bbq. The crossing was calm. Plenty of room on board. On the island it certainly does not feel massive. The moment you see the island you almost think the water is not real.... so beautiful. The day went by super fast. The crew was super nice. Really a big 10. Our girls of 13 and 14 also loved it!
What you need to know about this catamaran trip is: they do not offer you life vests to snorkel or swim to shore. In fact I was told if you need a floatation device to just take the smaller rescue boat to shore, which they were running. You can only drink alcohol on the boat. They do not serve till 12:30. They do not offer drinks on the beach at all. So if you want to enjoy the hours on the beach with a drink, you can purchase alcohol from other catamaran companies on the beach that actually do cater to this need. You will be sprinting to find shade and have to carry very heavy loungers to the shade. So if you are in older age group this may be very difficult to get. They do not have the Lou gear set up for you at all. The water they serve on the beach is in a cooler with cups and warm. The drive over to the island takes 2 plus hours. It was not rough seas but if waves in general for two hours make you sick, you will need motion sickness medicine. The food was great. Our crew is not a hype up type of crew. It was very chill. Overall, I’d rather have better service on the beach, cold water, and life vests to float around or snorkel with.
Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback. While we’re glad you enjoyed the food, we’re sorry the beach service and available facilities did not meet your expectations. We take your concerns about flotation devices, cold drinking water, shade, loungers, and clearer communication seriously and will review them with our team. We do look forward to welcoming you aboard again!
