Traveler pickup is offered : Free hotel pick up & drop off from your hotel located at Kuala Lumpur City Centre (4km radius from KLCC). You can also join our tour from Kuala Lumpur meeting point namely Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTic): 109, Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - If you select the Sky Terrace ticket, due to safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the Sky Terrace; only items within 16 in x 16 in x 8 in are permitted.
- If you select the Sky Terrace/ Glass Box Tickets, For the safety of all guests, the open air Sky Terrace and Glass Box will not be open in case of inclement weather. You can call hotline number (open daily from 9:00am-6:00pm) to check if the Sky Deck is open prior to your visit. There will be no refunds made for vouchers already redeemed
- You must redeem this voucher for your entry ticket
- For local Malaysians, please present a valid identification card at the point of redemption
- Opening hours: 9:00am-8.:30pm, daily / Last admission time is 8:30pm (Depending weather conditions)
- If you select the Sky Terrace ticket, ,Please check with staff if the Sky Terrace is open before redeeming your tickets; if it is closed due to weather, contact us or ask the reception for an alternative date, as approval is at the discretion of KL Tower management.
- In case of bad weather, entry is subject to the approval of KL Tower management. If KL Tower approves, you will receive an alternative date ticket—please get a revisitation slip at the ticket counter. If they do not approve, no alternative ticket will be issued and no refund will be provided from our side.
- Please ensure that the passport copy matches the lead traveler's name, and the passport photo is essential for verification purposes.
- Please note, during peak season, if there is heavy crowding and the tour exceeds the scheduled time, an additional waiting charge for transportation will apply."
- The driver will pick you up and drop you off at the KL Tower. Please note, the driver will not assist with ticket redemption; you will need to redeem the ticket on your own.
- Shared Tour
- If you purchase both Sky Terrace and Observation Deck tickets and the Sky Terrace is closed due to operational or safety reasons, entry to both the Sky Terrace and the Observation Deck will not be permitted, and no refund or alternative tickets will be provided for that attraction.
- Please note that KL Tower is a government-owned site, and all visitors must follow its rules and regulations. We provide tour and transport services as a third-party organizer, so certain matters are beyond our control. Kindly proceed at your own discretion.”
- Driver can be late up to 15 - 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses
- Refund Policy:: No refunds will be provided after the tour has started, even in cases of weather or climate-related disruptions, emergencies, or any personal matters, as transportation and other services have already been booked. In any case where a refund is requested, full evidence must be provided by the guest to support their claim.

Very easy service. Got emailed the ticket a couple of days before. Didn’t need to redeem it just scanned it to get it. The tower itself is a great experience.

The views were great! I received the tickets in time, before going to the KL Tower. It was super convenient because I could skip the long lines at the ticket counter. Zaid (Way to Kuala Lumpur) was very communicative and a joy to interact with.

It was an unforgettable experience, strongly recommend! We went up to the tower and after that to the skybox. The view from above is great and I strongly recommend it!

All right. We went first thing and there weren't many people. To take the picture in the glass cage you have to pay part even if you have taken the largest package. It's the only bad thing.

Once we got up the tower, the views were amazing. But oh the wait to get there :( Apparently two of the elevators were out of order, and one was carrying restaurant items and the other one was mainly used for the VIP visitors. The que took almost two hours. This was really frustrating.

The wait to go up is very bad. Lift took an hour to get down and then coming back down is worse I almost fainted in n the line. But generally the deck was okay though limited time still to take photos.

We had a brilliant time at the KL tower as it states due to being built on an elevated platform it is one of the highest points in the city to view and amazing skyline. We went as a family and had another brilliant trip thanks to Mr Zaid and his team. We toured the observation deck and paid for the glass box photos which were brilliant and the photographer was great and even took photos on our phone too. It was great to see the skyline and we didn't get a chance to eat at the revolving restaurant too but wish we had however you need to book far in advance. After we enjoyed a refreshing drink and watched the monkeys play it was a great activity all round.

Views amazing but very long wait to get up even if you buy tickets online beforehand Have to pay separately for skybox Photos are expensive
