We had a wonderful experience touring Putrajaya, Batu Caves, and Genting Highlands with Suresh as our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. Suresh shared interesting insights about the history, culture, and significance of each destination, which made the experience much more meaningful. He was also patient with questions, attentive to the group's needs, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His warm personality and local knowledge made the tour both enjoyable and informative. We would highly recommend Suresh to anyone looking for a professional and engaging guide in Malaysia. Thank you for a fantastic day!
We booked the “Kuala Lumpur in a Day” tour with THS Travel because we only had one full day in the city and wanted to make the most of it. We originally found the provider through TripAdvisor, but booked directly with them - and we are very happy we did. Our driver and guide was Suresh, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. We were picked up at 9:00 in the morning and had a full, well-organized day exploring Kuala Lumpur. Everything felt smooth, relaxed and professional, even though we visited so many places in just one day. We started with the Batu Caves, which were very impressive. It was quite busy because we visited on a weekend, but of course that is not something the tour company can control. It was still absolutely worth seeing and a great start to the day. After that, we visited many of Kuala Lumpur’s most important sights, including the King’s Palace, KL Tower, the Petronas Towers, Merdeka 118, the beautiful Chinese temple, Chinatown and Independence Square. We also drove past many other interesting places, such as the old railway station, government buildings, ministries and other landmarks around the city. What we especially appreciated was that Suresh always knew exactly where to go, where to stop, where to take the best photos and how to organize the route efficiently. He explained the different places very well, gave us interesting background information and made sure we had enough time at the main attractions without the day feeling rushed. For us, this was the perfect way to experience Kuala Lumpur in one day. Of course, one day is not enough to see everything in depth, but this tour gave us a really good overview of the city, its culture, history, architecture and most famous landmarks. Suresh was friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and a very safe driver. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, especially for visitors who do not have much time in Kuala Lumpur. We can highly recommend THS Travel and especially Suresh as a driver/guide. This tour was exactly what we were hoping for: efficient, interesting, comfortable and very well organized. A great choice if you want to see as much as possible of Kuala Lumpur in one day.
The THS travels and tours had made us more enjoyable ever than any other trip. The spots were organised and were properly guided by our guide Suresh. He was very cheerful and helping. Overall the trip was very happy and our entire family was satisfied
