- Inclement Weather Notice: Rooftop Access and Re-entry Policy. If a guest has accessed the indoor observatory on the 74th floor but cannot access the rooftop on the 78th floor due to sudden rain, re-entry will be permitted. Guests may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby), but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- If a ticket has been redeemed and used but you are unable to visit the 78th floor due to inclement weather, you can present the actual ticket to Mahanakhon staff at the ticketing counter to request re-entry directly
- Please DO NOT use the Viator booking confirmation email to try and enter the Mahanakhon. Please check your email for actual pdf ticket with barcode
- Please note that From December 21, 2024 to Jan 5, 2025 the skyride and photo option will not be available due to festive season.

The ticket we booked through Tripadvisor has not been admitted. We received an e-mail with our e-tickets, which contained a barcode. We were advised by the staff on site that these are not valid as we needed a ticket with QR code.
I bought this ticket and the next day they cancelled it and to this day they have not returned my money. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
The King Power Mahanakhon SkyWalk was an amazing experience! The fast access ticket made entry super easy, avoiding long lines. The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Walking on the glass floor was both thrilling and a bit nerve-wracking! The staff was friendly, and everything was well organized. A must-visit if you're in Bangkok!
