Danny our driver is great. Picked us up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Customer Service is also exceptional .I didn’t realize that I Initially booked the transfer to the incorrect airport (Arusha instead of Kilimanjaro International Airport JRO) and I got an email right away to let me know. I cancelled the reservation and booked the correct airport transfer which Customer Service immediately confirmed.
