This was a wonderful tour with our guide Matteo! We went with our 8-year-old son who was tired and a bit grumpy at this point in our trip. We were so impressed at how Matteo brightened his day and kept him engaged for the entire tour. He made the tour a scavenger hunt for him and shared stories about the works that were exciting and educational. In the meantime he was also able to give us the “grown-up” version of insight and color on the exhibits. Truly remarkable balancing on his part! This tour was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour company and Matteo as a guide!
This was a lovely tour and Ilaria was a knowledgeable, kind, and flexible guide. She had good stories and many secrets to share - we enjoyed it very much (despite the unbearable heat!)
Giulia was so amazing, informative, fun, engaging… she kept the kids entertained and learning. She offered valuable perspective on all the works we saw. 100% a trip highlight for us. Thanks Giulia!!!
Martina gave our group of four, grandparents and 6 and 8 year old children, a wonderful, engaging and educational tour of the Uffizi. She immediately engaged the children, giving them points for spotting certain things, in a scavenger hunt style format. Her descriptions of major works were both educational and filled with “fun facts”. Altogether it was a terrific experience for all!
We first did this kids-friendly Florence tour last year with our two 7 year old boys and loved it so much that when we returned to Florence this year (this time with a bigger group) we booked the exact same tour and guide again. And we loved it just as much the second time! The tour is designed as a fun game where adults compete against kids (which, of course, the kids absolutely love). Along the way, you collect points while exploring the city, learning about its history, and spotting hidden details - all without it ever feeling like a boring lecture. Our guide, Martina, was fantastic! She kept the kids completely engaged from start to finish, mixing fascinating stories with fun challenges. They were so absorbed they didn’t want the tour to end! Neither did the adults - I actually think I brought away more knowledge and fun facts from this tour than from any other regular tour. If you’re visiting Florence with kids, I can’t recommend this tour enough—it’s the perfect balance of education, exploration, and pure fun for all ages.
We had an amazing tour with Roberta! She was great with the kids and we learned so much! The kids are still talking about it.
Our tour guide was amazing. She kept our seven year old daughter so engaged; we all learned so much and would absolutely hire them again for another tour!! Best way to see the Uffizi!!!
We had a wonderful tour with Roberta around the Uffizi! She was very engaged with our children (ages 8, 6 and 3) throughout the gallery and was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the pieces we looked at.
Martina , our guide, was fantastic. She turned the tour into a fun little game for all of us (mom dad and three kids ages 7-13). The kids were super engaged the entire time and learned a lot about art while having fun. My wife and I got to see all the best pieces in the museum and also learned a lot along the way. If you want to see the Uffizi and you have kids this is absolutely the way to do it.
We did the Uffizi Gallery kids tour with Martina as our guide, and it was absolutely fantastic! She was warm, engaging, and incredibly skilled at connecting with our children (ages 7 and 5). Martina had a clever game for them to play throughout the tour, which kept them excited and involved the whole time. She’s a true storyteller—able to explain works by Da Vinci, Botticelli, and Michelangelo in ways that were fun and accessible for young kids. We all walked away having learned something, and the kids are still talking about it days later! 10/10 experience. Highly recommend for families visiting Florence.
