This is a walking tour that’s spans a few city blocks. We basically walked around while we stood outside of buildings and were told about the history. Not what I would call a ghost tour. Also the tour guide smelled like body odor. Very disappointed.
Great experience. Collier our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the history.
The tour was fun, it was only the 3 of us so it made it very personable. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Had an amazing time. We loved to hear the history behind this amazing place.
We did a private ghost tour with our family. Our guide was very communicative and connected well with our 6 year old son. We had a great time learning about Key West history and haunting!
Ended up being a private tour and visited many sites within walking distance with great real experience accounts from our guide with historic spirits ending with our own experience with spirits! Recommend!
Thank you for the wonderful review, Renee! We’re so glad you enjoyed exploring Key West’s haunted history and that your guide made each stop feel meaningful and real with their stories. What a powerful way to wrap up the evening with your own experience too! We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to see you again soon!
Did the one hour walking tour. The guide was new, and was still learning the ropes somewhat. The stops and stories were good, just need to work on the presentation a bit.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We’re pleased you found the tour’s stops and stories enjoyable. Our guide is relatively new, and we appreciate your patience and constructive remarks, which we will relay to assist in their development. We look forward to welcoming you back for an enhanced experience.
I liked how Vinnie blended the history of Key West with Ghost stories. He also utilized devices such as an EMF gauge and dowsing rods. The Curry house was my favorite and it was bonus to be able to go inside the home. I would recommend some other sites that are not as crowded (avoid Duval St) so not to interfere with the experience. Maybe the cemetery near by.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased that Vinnie’s combination of historical context and ghost stories, along with his use of devices such as the EMF gauge and dowsing rods, enhanced your tour experience. We appreciate your suggestion regarding less crowded locations and will consider this for future tours. Your compliments will be shared with Vinnie. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you again.
Our tour guide, Vinny was extremely unprofessional and quite inappropriate. Making comments such as, and I quote, "I graduated back in 2012, it's nice being around high schoolers again. If I shave my beard I'll pass as a senior in high school." As a minor it was one of many red flags he displayed. For context this is a school camping trip. He showed up quite late and out of the blue, no text or news of "I'll be there." We just sat on a sidewalk and waited about 15 minutes for this supposedly "Tour Guide". Fast forward to the end of the trip he starts reading a script off of Google and carelessly opens a gate with two signs that read, "Private Property Do Not Enter" and "KEEP GATE CLOSED". We unknowingly trespassed into an OCCUPIED house, Vinny asked if we could go upstairs and the man told us to get out of his property; his house. It was very alarming and ignorant on his part as a "Tour Guide". Safe to say we got out of there quickly, our teacher told him enough and it's time to go. Don't go, save your money because this is a complete waste of time. I want my hour of my life back and a refund.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. The concerns you’ve raised are very serious and absolutely not reflective of the standards we hold for our tours or guides. We sincerely apologize for the unprofessional behavior you described, including the inappropriate comments, lack of communication, and the alarming situation involving private property. That is unacceptable and far from the safe, respectful, and educational experience we aim to provide—especially on a school trip. Please reach out to us directly at guestrelations@wejunket.com with the name your booking was under. We would like to investigate this matter further and ensure it is addressed appropriately. Our team will also be happy to assist you regarding a refund. Thank you again for taking the time to share this feedback. We take it very seriously and are committed to making things right.
We liked the guide he seemed a little nervous like first time. We didn’t really get the feel of a tru ghost tour. Some of the stops were interesting
