Nice experience! We saw dolphins and later, during snorkelling, a bunch of fish! I gave 4 out of 5 because I felt like the visibility of the water was not that great (a little murky) and also the waves were pretty strong on the day we went, even though it was sunny. Of course this cannot be controlled by the company but I wasn’t sure if these conditions were temporary or not.

We also appreciate your understanding regarding the water visibility and wave conditions. Those conditions can vary from day to day depending on weather, wind, tides, and ocean currents, and unfortunately they're beyond our control. Some days the water is crystal clear, while on others it can be a bit murkier or choppier, even under sunny skies. The trip overall was enjoyable; we were able to see dolphins, snorkeling was interesting and sunset beautiful. The reason I rated this experience 3 stars is how uncomfortable captain made us by constantly reminding to leave proper tip at the end…. The trip it self was not chip and gratuity should be optional for excellent service. I would consider tipping but after many reminders did not feel like it
Both Captain and crew were great. Dolphins were spectacular, just wish we could have seen more marine life while snorkling.

Honestly, great. The only reason my experience was four stars is because the location where we were taken didn’t have THAT much underwater variety like I expected. But we saw dolphins, and saw fish and I got scared by some huge tarpon which I thought were sharks at first. But overall the experience if snorkeling with fins and having drinks on board is worth the money.

This experience was fun in that we saw some dolphins on our way back however, they captain changed the destination, and we never made it to the reef and didn’t tell anybody until we showed up in some random sponge garden. They didn’t inform us that we were not gonna get to go to the reef and didn’t give us an option that if we slowed the boat down, we might just have less swim time at the reef or anything. They just made an alternate decision and we saw nothing but some sponges and a couple of fish that you could see almost anywhere. It was very disappointing based on what the reviews and what other people had commented they had been to and seen at the reef. There was no communication about it until we got to the spot they chose, which was not the refer we were supposed to go, and they barely communicated the change to anyone there were many upset passengers.

The safety and enjoyment of our guests are always our top priorities. Weather and ocean conditions can sometimes make it unsafe or unsuitable to visit the originally planned reef. When that happens, our captains use their experience to select the best available snorkeling location based on the conditions that day, with the goal of providing the best experience possible while keeping everyone safe. We understand your frustration regarding the change in destination and appreciate your comments about the communication onboard. We will share your feedback with our team, as we agree that keeping guests informed of any itinerary changes is important. While the conditions prevented a visit to the planned reef, our captain did their best to take the group to an alternative reef area where guests could still snorkel and enjoy the marine life, and we were pleased that you were also able to see dolphins during the trip. We thought we were going to a reef but we rode an hour out to our destination just to get there and the captain tells us we couldn’t go to the reef. Which is fine- completely understandable if the weather is bad. BUT , that should have been communicated with us BEFORE we got there! He knew the weather was bad but made no attempt to communicate that. He made one small comment in passing upon arriving at some crappy destination where all we could see was grey/brown sponge . However, we were able to rebook for another day after we returned and called the company .
Great time!! Snorkeling the reef was amazing and the dolphins were great too! Would recommend any age! Staff was very helpful! Miss Laura and her team were great!

Amazing staff, amazing experience. Yes we did see dolphins and lots of them. The staff is very knowledgeable. Snorkeling is great fun too! And the ride back and forth is very fun, entertaining and wholesome

It was a very great experience I am handicap on a scooter and with a service dog they were grateful to help me onto the boat to captain fell in love with the service dog they were very very courteous kind and respectful One of the best small boat trips that I have been on!!
