Honestly I have had the best time. From the staffing and entertainment has been great. Staff are all welcoming ensuring everyone is okay and helpful with anything we ask for. Very polite. Rooms are clean and we had our fridge refilled everyday. Pool area very clean and entertainment during the day , which was suitable for both adults and children. We had entertainment for kids and adults, from live music to competition that invovled the guest. This was such a good way to meet people in the hotel. Alcohol couldn’t fault. Food was served till 4am in the morning, from burgers, chicken, Mexican, Chinese and amazing desserts. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they decorated the room with roses and gave us a bottle of wine and cake which was a nice surprise. Thank you to all the staff. I would definitely be back. I would recommend great experience.
We took a trip from our hotel to alanya on the Big Kral, it was a fun day out. The crew were great and kept everyone going. We had several stops to jump off and swim in the sea, a foam party, music, lunch laid on and a visit to alanya Town. We had photos with pirates and parrots too. A whole day of fun, bit slow to start but gets going after an hour or so. We'll worth a trip
