Debarkng the plane and passport control took an inordinate amount of time. We were in contact with the driver, Samar. He waited well past the pickup time.
We booked a private transfer from our hotel in Reykjavík to Keflavík Airport and it made our departure day completely stress-free. The driver arrived right on time, helped with our luggage, and was friendly and professional throughout. The car was clean and comfortable, and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Exactly what you want on a travel morning with a family. Highly recommend!

We were picked up by a driver who said he is a friend of the real driver. He was NOT waiting inside the airport with our name sign as promised. The car was a small Toyota Corolla instead of a van or larger car as advertised in the website. The car did not smell clean or fresh. After flying in a cramped airplane we were looking forward to stretching our legs but that was not possible in this small car. The driver had difficulties communicating in English and answering our questions. This was an expensive ride from the airport to our hotel and should not be advertised as a better option than the bus.
Our driver did not meet us with a sign, he called to ask us to come outside. Our driver was going so fast we did not feel safe, was going 145 km in the rain! when we asked that he slow down, he told us not to worry. I am questioning whether to use Viator drivers in the future. Very disappointed. Debra Greer
