Ages 0-99, max of 20 per group Duration: 12h Start time: Check availability Mobile ticket Live guide: Greek, English This is the information published on the Tripadvisor web page. YOTOMU seem to be worse than the 'old' Cavo Grosso Travel. We will not wish to waste our holiday time and money on any more disappointing experiences. Calling customers liars is not going to help.
Let us clarify the facts once again, point by point. The page and the information layout you are quoting are published and structured by Tripadvisor. If you believe the information displayed on Tripadvisor is unclear or misleading, your complaint regarding the presentation of that information should be addressed to Tripadvisor. “Max of 20 per group” does NOT mean that the entire tour or boat has a maximum capacity of 20 people. It refers to the maximum number of participants allowed in a single booking and payment transaction. You have simply interpreted this information incorrectly. Your statement that “YOTOMU seem to be worse than the ‘old’ Cavo Grosso Travel” is a very serious public accusation. Once again, we invite you to publicly provide your full name and surname or contact us by email through the platform where you made your booking, so that you can personally stand behind this statement and explain exactly what you are accusing our company of. We are waiting. Finally, nobody has called any customer a liar. We have no idea what you are referring to. Please explain clearly who allegedly called you a liar, when this happened and where it was written. Making serious public accusations is easy. Supporting them with names, facts and evidence is something entirely different.
Experience waa bad. The luxury yacht was replaced the night before by a pirate ship (you can’t cancel because you’re within 24 hours) that was incredibly dirty and bad. Also, the company would not exceed 20 people, in the end it was +/_ 70 from our organization. The ship also appeared to contain other organizations. Arriving at Kefalonie there were buses waiting and we were in the bus with 52 men. The guide was barely audible in the back of the bus. Asked repeatedly if he wanted to talk through the microphone or stand in the middle of the bus. This was not heeded. It was more bus driving than anything else. The indicated schedule was also changed and changed because it was "busy". We had 10 to 15 min each stop to possibly take some pictures. That's it. All in all very unfortunate. Not worth the money like this.
Thank you for your review. First of all, please indicate exactly where it is stated that the group would not exceed 20 people. This information has never been published anywhere, and making such a statement is simply false. Secondly, no one has ever described the transfer boat as a "luxury yacht." The crossing to Kefalonia is a simple transfer, and it is clearly stated in the tour description that transportation may be operated either by the fast ferry or by the pirate ship. As for the price paid, it is important to keep expectations realistic. Sometimes people expect a Ferrari while paying for a basic service.
Even though this was a lovely day out we spent most of our time traveling to a church that wasn’t on the itinerary and waiting 2 1/2 hours in a queue to go on the lake (this was beginning of May). We didn’t manage to get to Argostoli and this was the main reason we booked. The tour guide Dennis was like Pinocchio informing us all about himself, who his famous neighbours were, up to 12 cruise ships can dock in Kefalonia, earthquake of 10 in Zante, didn’t know his Stalactites from stalagmite in the caves to name a few!! Full of useless information…..
