Join us aboard our luxurious 50’ catamaran “Kona Style”, as we sail the Kona coast. Scan the horizon for dolphins and whales (seasonal) from our shaded cabin or sunny splash nets. Snorkel calm waters and lush coral gardens using our grand staircase for the easiest water entry/exit in the industry. Brilliant reef fish, sea turtles and Hawaiian storytelling around every corner. This executive adventure includes a continental breakfast (freshly baked pastries and fruit) with 100% Kona coffee along with fresh deli sandwiches or mixed greens for lunch. All non-alcoholic beverages including water, juice and soft drinks are complimentary and we have the best liquor prices of any boat in Kona with beer, wine and liquor available for purchase. All snorkel equipment, floaties and instruction provided. We are a native Hawaiian owned and operated company.

Important Information

- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Guests that will be snorkeling or getting in the water during the tour MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM without the assistance of a flotation device
- If guest is not a competent swimmer (as determined by the Captain and/or crew), they will be directed to immediately return to the vessel. In such instances the guest will NOT be refunded
- Children under the age of 5 are required to stay on boat (not allowed in the water) and must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the vessel
- Guests are asked to check-in at our retail outlet 45 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled departure time. We are located in the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Beach Kona Hotel. Our address is 75-5660 Palani Road, Suite C8, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
- We offer discounted parking at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Hotel. The fee for validation is written on the exclusion section. Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you to check-in if you plan on using this option.
- PLEASE NOTE that full-face snorkel masks are NOT allowed to be used by guests
- The vessel is not handicap accessible
- Guests weighing more than 300 lb (136 kg) are NOT allowed in the water as our water entry / exit staircase has a specific weight limit

The entire trip from beginning to end was amazing. The crew and captain were all very kind and knowledgeable of the area. They were kind enough to get us close to the reef safely so we didn’t have to swim out into the giant 250 foot dropoff (which scares me,) they had good food, plenty of drinks and coffee, and it was just a super fun and beautiful trip all around! Thank you!
Beautiful place that is difficult to access without a boat. Could have snorkeled there a lot longer; the time flew by. The boat ride was fun too! Water conditions vary with storms and surges. There was a surf surge when we went, and the water was not quite as clear as usual, and we still had decent visibility and saw lots of wildlife.
We had a wonderful time on the snorkeling tour. The crew was amazing! Very friendly, and did a great job making sure it was a fun time. The reef was beautiful! The only somewhat negative was how crowded the cove was, but the crew can't control that.
If you are looking for a fun and memorable Kona-style experience, this is a must and perfect for both small and large groups. From the moment we stepped aboard, Captain Dan and his crew were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Their friendly attitude and local knowledge made the entire trip feel relaxed and enjoyable. The morning cruise to Kealakekua Bay was the highlight of our day. The coastline views were beautiful, and the bay itself was stunning with clear water and vibrant marine life. It is truly one of the most special spots on the island. The sandwiches we ordered were very good and a great addition after spending time in the water. Everything felt thoughtful and well put together. I highly recommend the morning cruise to Kealakekua Bay for anyone visiting Kona. It is a great option for families, friends, or group outings. Next on my bucket list is the night manta dive, which I have heard is just as incredible.

Wonderful experience! Jaque’ and his crew were attentive and friendly! Lunch was delicious and filling! We really enjoyed our snorkeling experience, we had plenty of time to explore and bonus, they made stops to share some of the Big Island history. We would highly recommend KONASTYLE!

The crew was amazing and the boat was so clean! Everything was perfectly catered and the staff were so friendly and helpful. This was a business trip but felt like a vacation. We played our own music and got to explore the reef at our leisure. Could not have asked for a better experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Kona Adventure – Best Part of Our Trip! Our family (with kids ages 9, 12, and 15) just finished a snorkel tour, and "fantastic" doesn't even begin to cover it. From start to finish, this crew ran a top-tier operation. The Warmest Welcome The experience started on a high note at check-in. The waiting area was comfortable with plenty of seating, and the fresh Kona coffee was a total lifesaver for the morning start. It’s the little details—like having real cream and local POG juice for the kids—that set the tone for the day. Life on the Boat Once we boarded, Captain Tanner and the crew gave clear, professional instructions that made us feel safe and informed. • The Food: We were treated to a delicious breakfast spread of oatmeal, muffins, and fresh fruit. • The Vibe: The bar offered great cocktails for the adults and plenty of local favorites for the kids. • The Ride: Once we were underway, we loved that we could head to the front of the boat to soak in the stunning ocean views. Accessibility & Snorkeling The snorkeling was world-class, but the real game-changer was the stair system. If you’ve ever struggled with a flimsy ladder on a boat, you’ll love this—it was incredibly easy to get in and out of the water, making it accessible for all ages and skill levels. Above and Beyond Service The highlight of the trip happened on the way back. The crew heard reports of a school of hammerhead sharks nearby and took us on a quick detour. Seeing those majestic creatures was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that our kids haven’t stopped talking about! The Crew Captain Tanner is clearly a pro who cares deeply about his passengers' safety and enjoyment. The entire crew was energetic, fun-filled, and so kind to our three children.
