Kayak Tour: Explore the coastal caves of Benagil

Description
Prepare to enjoy a kayak tour, for about 2 hours, where you will meet and explore some caves. The tours are conducted in small groups so that participants get the most out of the experience. Our experience begins at the beach of La Marina, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, ending in the most famous cave in Europe, the Benagil algae. Along the way, we will make stops to appreciate the coastal slope, learn some local stories, take photos and, if possible, land on deserted beaches. The tour ends at the same place where it started, in Praia da Marinha, and you can enjoy and spend the rest of the day on the beach.

This was a brilliant trip. I took my 12 and 14 year old and they were able to easily paddle along the coast to the caves. The guide was friendly, helpful and informative. It was a very worthwhile activity for the price.
Despite having a rough sea and waves, the experience was very positive. Special mention to our guide Johan who took us on a very beautiful tour and took us through caves that are not easily accessible. Moreover, he helped us finish the tour since we had one of our companions with a minor physical issue. Very professional and resourceful, Johan!
We were late for the booking, but they were very polite and in the end it turned out that we got a private tour! All recommendations, very kind and professional! thanks for the wonderful memories.
To find the place: take the walkway to the bottom left of the carpark, you'll see a building on the beach and you'll find the kayaks there. Unfortunately the beach was covered in sargassum but Ricardo took the kayaks to the next door beach. We had to climb through a large hole and down a path...made everything feel like an adventure so great fun and cool as.... Ricardo doesn't speak much English but he tried and he is a brilliant photographer so we now have some fabulous photos and memories. It felt like a small business so only 2 kayaks plus Ricardo but it was way better than being at Benagil beach where it was like a kayak cattle market. (We got an uber there after for €3.50). There were so many kayaks at Benagil beach it made it feel like mayhem. So, to sum up....Ricardo did everything he could to get the kayaks to the other beach, he was very kind and chilled and we loved it! Signed: 2 girls in their 50's loving life!
Seems really unorganized. It was confusing to figure out where the meeting point was-the directions they give are at the end of the parking lot, but you keep walking and go left to walk down the hill to what seems to be a cafe? Then you have to ask people where the kayak tour is. Our tour guide did not want to be there at all. Seemed to hate his life. Just go to any of the beaches and rent kayaks on your own. The scenery is beautiful, but this is the first time I’ve done one of these kayak tours, and I remembered quickly why I don’t ever do them.
Wonderful canoe trip! Sensations and beauty of the sites! And the stop at the beach in the completely dark cave was memorable.
Gonzalo was our guide and he was amazing! Very warm and friendly and made the experience feel intimate. We strongly recommend!
Was a beautiful location and enjoyable, staff were friendly and helpful, however the sea was quite rough so it was quite tough going- particularly for the kids!
Th experience was amazing and our guide was very friendly and helpful. It does take a lot of work to row the kayaks but he is patient and helpful will go at any pace you feel comfortable with.
Very nice experience, the guide was really great. He gave us a lot of information. Very interesting. I recommend.
