Not what I expected

The canyon was nice to see but we had a lot of little spots that took up a lot of time and just ran up the cost of the trip

Must see

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. He even sent us pictures of Kalulua valley that can only be seen from a Boat.

The views are majestic and breathtaking, and the coffee is delicious. Do this tour, you won't be disappointed!

Kauai is one of the most beautiful and amazing islands to visit, and this tour was our last stop on our cruise. I cannot recommend this one enough. The canyon is breathtaking, the views are spectacular, and everything is absolutely majestic. The day we were there was so perfect for pictures, and our guide was wonderful! I highly recommend this tour and we would do this again! Our family made memories to last a lifetime. The spouting horn is amazing. The added bonus of visiting the Kauai coffee company topped off a perfect day.

A beautiful sight that was shared even through the heavy clouds!

We had a great guide named Shaning who was very knowledgeable and since the view at Kalalau valley was heavily clouded and we could not see anything, Shaning was so very nice to send us his own pictures of what the view was supposed to look like, which was very beautiful!~

Amazing views!

This tour was comfortable and went at an easy pace. Our driver was nice but didn’t give a lot of education of the area. Our lunch was delicious, we had the coconut shrimp. The views are spectacular and can’t be beat!

Highly recommend!

A tour van picked up 6 of us right at the cruise port- so nice! We drove a bit to pick up another couple at a resort then headed out with Shannon (Shanning!) who was a royal blast! It was a great day with gorgeous views of everything. We appreciated the education & all the stops!

Good option for cruise ship passengers

This tour offers cruise port pickup. We enjoyed the visit to Kauai Coffee and saw many sights in Waimea Canyon. Our tour guide was friendly, didn’t offer as much info (or able to answer as many questions) as I expected from someone who has lived here his entire life.

A very complete tour worth a lot

Kauai has a lot to do with it, Shaning was a great guide, everywhere he explained to us extensively what we saw, he told us a lot about his family customs, how the island has changed over the years, always very attentive to all the details.

We had a terrific time on...

We had a terrific time on this tour! Shannon was a great driver, giving us insights into the area, letting us stop at the swinging bridge, taking a look into the local past. He drove us along the coast; we saw a seal!, and then stopped at the lava tube blow hole. Beautiful day and big spouts! The coffee farm was also interesting. However, the highlight of the day was Waimea Canyon. Spectacular. Shannon gave us as much time as we needed to marvel at the magnificence of the canyon! Lunch on the way back was delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and would highly recommend. One last thing, there were only three of us on the tour. These small excursions are the best!

Beautiful Kauai

Wonderful experience. Such beautiful scenery and the guide was very good. We were taken to several different sights and given ample time to enjoy each one. The meal that was included was delicious.
