Hiro was a personable and knowledgeable guide. He explained a bit of Japanese history first and then took me to a merchants house and then a Shima house, where geisha entertained guests. He explained the musical instruments and layout of the House. It was hot and he shared his umbrella. We made our way to the markets which were crowded. I am gluten intolerant so my food options were more limited, but we had watermelon and lovely strawberries and seafood dumplings. Hiroshima offered other places to see but I was tired by then.

The Tour was an amazing experience. I was lucky to walk during a sunny day and the old town district was really empty which made the tour much more enjoyable. My Tour Guide KAZ T really made the Tour so special, her knowledge about the old town district and the market was really wide so I was able to learn many new things. I really recommend taking the tour, because it is a very different experience than only visiting it by yourself. During the tour we were also able to try some food in the seafood market which made the experience even better. I am so glad to have had such a nice guide who treated us so kindly. Thank you so much.
