Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours

Was very informative and the guys were great to listen to and talk to. Also got to see a couple of sharks up close and dolphins and a whale jumping in the distance which was an extra $5 per sighting (just kidding) as it was a rock lobster tour only 😂 cooked up our lobsters next day, delicious.

One of the best paid experiences we’ve ever done! This a must do when visiting beautiful Kalbarri! The owner/guide is a third gen rock lobster fisherman who shares his knowledge factually, with passion and no b/s! We were lucky enough to also have had his dad onboard to yarn with re all things rock lobsters and some of the history of Kalbarri! These guys clearly have the sustainability of this fishery at the forefront of everything they do. As an added bonus we got to try lobster a few ways whilst underway and even better were gifted a rock lobster to take home and enjoy!!!! Amazing value for the money charged in every way possible! Thanks guys, truly appreciated!

Wonderful experience and a good look into the livesof a Rock Lobster Fisherman. Full of information on a great boat. Nice group and you get to take away a Lobster which was very tasty

It was great to see Kalbarri from the ocean, and experience going out through the heads in perfect weather, and we also got Lobsters. Perfect, and thanks to the team for a great experience.

Thanks so much for this great experience. Freezing cold in the morning do get rugged up. Very interesting to learn about the industry, great snacks on board( lobster) , bonus seeing sharks, dolphins and we caught an octopus. Absolutely stoked with bringing home 7 fresh lobsters which we will be eating for the next 2 nights. Awesome, would do again!!!

Outstanding tour, great value. Norm is in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to ensure he could get on and off the boat safely. It was his highlight of WA so far. Leant so much about the local lobster industry. Very entertaining and informative guides 😂 Onboard lobster snacks were delicious and we got to take home 6 🦞 as our ‘share of the catch’.

A really good tour. Lovely hosts, great views of the river mouth and coast, informative and lively commentary, and....we got to take home some lovely lobsters straight from the sea! (We split and bbq'd them, then put butter, cracked pepper and lemon on them, yummo!). Great value tour.

Excellent tour to do when in Kalbarri, we have been out with Kate and Vaughan 4 times over 6 years, and they never fail to please. Safety is covered before we leave the jetty. Vaughan's knowledge is extensive, and of course the Aussie humour flows continuously.... Just don't ask mě the questions, I forget some topícs from trip to trip. Kate looks after the catering and presents 3 different morsels of lobster, my favourite is the lobster roll.. very delicious, although garlic and chilli lobster run a close second. Value for money, we got the trip, education, delicious tastes And a lobster each.. Worth every penny. Thank you Kate and Vaughan/Sam, we'll be back!!

We had an amazing morning. Vaughn and Kate gave so much interesting information about the rock lobster industry in Kalbarri. Many lobsters were caught and Vaughn explained the sizing and which lobsters had to be returned to the water. The boat was clean and comfortable. There were wonderful views of the Kalbarri coast line. We were served a delicious mini lobster roll and some lobster bites. At the conclusion of the tour we were each given lobsters to take home along with information on how to prepare and cook the lobster - unbelievable. It was a great morning.
