Do not buy from viator. Hidden charge was not listed. Booking from vendor website is way cheaper. Think about before booking from viator
No hidden fee the conservation fee is state in the included and no included please read the product and we don’t have a cheaper price in counter please don’t make false statements
This was a blast! These little boats were so much fun and the snorkeling was great. This is a great deal!
There was a chance of rain at the time of our excursion the day prior when I was able to still cancel the excursion. I was told by Viator that the seller would provide a refund if the weather was bad so I took a chance. When we were supposed to leave our hotel, there was lightning in the area and thunderstorms predicted for the next 4-5 hours. The seller said it was just rain and did not cancel the excursion. The same excursion was provided at our resort as well, and they did not take the trip out that day because it was unsafe and it would have been a miserable trip. This seller did not cancel the trip so he could keep our money and claims we were a no call no show although I had reached out to him and Viator about my concerns; disappointed in the service provided. Viator is no help, either. I tried to save some money and it backfired. I would recommend you wait until you get to Cancun to book this excursion and you will have many options to get a fair deal with a reputable company..
If you were at the end, hopefully they look back and see that you’re missing if you fall behind because I got left and had to find my own way back
Paid for the excursion through Viator, once I got there they told me I owed an extra $120 dollars for environmental and dock fees. It did state that these fees were not included, I had called Vaitor before booking and they told me the dock fees were $2-$3 but when I got there it was $30. They also said I could not use my credit card and wanted me to pay cash (and will give me a discount if I pay cash). Terrible experience, I told them to forget it and called Viator for a refund, still waiting on it.
The conservation fee is state in your ticket and the dock fee also , we don’t understand why you said this. We accept credit card without problem , you decided to not take the tour it a no refundable tour.
Very nice tour. We saw lots of fish also sting ray and baracutta. Perfect amount of time in the water. Excellent guide. Would highly recommend.
By far one of the best experiences we’ve had. Carlos was a great guide and kept the group laughing the entire tour. Thank you Carlos for the great time!!! Will visit back and request you for our next adventure.
We had to much fun on this excursion! Driving the speedboat was a thrill and the snorkel conditions were great. Saw lots of fish. Our guide Ricardo was great.
