We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Dan Porges. He is very experienced and has a vast knowledge of Jerusalem and Israel, which he generously shared. The tour was very well organized, engaging, and Dan was great at pacing everyone on a long walking tour without feeling rushed. Top-notch!

I went on this tour with my wife and a 4 year old on a pram, and I was particularly impressed with Daniel our guide who articulated the history and stories of the region very well and in a captivating way. He even helped us with the pram at times! The tour has a lot of walking, and I must admit it was challenging at times to push the pram and manage a baby. But overall it was worth it as we learnt so much and was inspired by the history.
We are thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic experience on your tour with us. We are delighted that Daniel's passion and knowledge were evident during the tour and that he effectively communicated the history and stories of the region in a captivating manner. It's heartening to know that he went above and beyond by assisting with the pram when needed, ensuring a smoother experience for you and your family. We will pass on your positive feedback to Daniel, as it is well-deserved. Thank you for choosing our tour and for recognizing Daniel's efforts.
The tour was very slow and boring. Didn’t fully show us the whole way of cross stations. Guide took us to a restaurant with bad attitude, and so as the souvenir shop. The souvenir was over price compare to next door….
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent tour experience. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations and for any feelings of boredom you encountered during the tour. We understand that everyone's preferences and interests can vary, and while some guests may find certain aspects enjoyable, others may have a different perspective. We apologize if the restaurant and souvenir shop did not meet your expectations.
Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Garden of Gethsemane were my favorite parts of the trip. We also had a wonderful traditional lunch experience. Daniel was a great tour guide.
We're thrilled to hear that the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Garden of Gethsemane were among your favorite parts of the tour. These locations hold great significance and we're glad you enjoyed your time there. We appreciate your kind words about Daniel, your tour guide. We strive to provide knowledgeable and engaging guides who enhance the overall experience for our guests. Thank you for choosing our tour and for taking the time to share your feedback.
We had a good time in Jerusalem. Our tour guide was Dorit and she explained everything well. However, I would like to note that this is a walking tour and you still have to pay entrance fees (about 10-12 NIS per site). I would recommend this tour if you want to visit the sites that Jesus walked on in Jerusalem.
We're glad to hear that you had a good time in Jerusalem and enjoyed the tour guided by Dorit, she sure is worthy of your praise for her efforts. It's great to hear that you would recommend this tour for those who want to visit the sites that Jesus walked on in Jerusalem. We believe that exploring these historical and significant locations can provide a meaningful and enriching experience for our guests.
It was great except that there are elderly couples had having problems walking but it wasn’t stated that we are going to walk for 6 to 7 hours
We appreciate your valuable input and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our tour descriptions and provide more accurate information regarding the level of physical activity involved. We want all of our guests to have a positive and enjoyable experience with us, regardless of their age or physical condition.
Jerusalem is a beautiful city, full of history and culture. We learned a lot and had a great time with our guide Eli Yacov. In spite of ideological, an religious differences in Jerusalem, Eli made us have some laughs in the most respectful way. We walked many hours and Eli made sure our group sticked together at all times. Overall a great experience with a great guide and great attention to details!!
We greatly appreciate your kind words and recognition of our guide, Eli, His professionalism, efforts, and ability to create a positive atmosphere, even amidst ideological and religious differences, are truly commendable. Jerusalem is indeed a beautiful city with so much to offer, and we're thrilled that you were able to learn a lot and have a great time. Your satisfaction and appreciation mean a lot to us.
Good tour. Thank you. We saw a lot of Holy sites. The tour was a good size group, maybe 20 people. Tour guide Daniel was super knowledgeable and helpful understanding the sites. The driver was great too. Glad we did the tour and would recommend it. The extra costs for entry fees is a little cheesy which makes Holy sites like a business. They say it's for maintenance but there are so many nicer and larger sites absolutely free. Especially just to visit a Mosque or Catholic Church that are likely not a spot where Christ was. The Holy sites just seemed to be all about tradition and a process and lacked a real spirit filled feeling/emotion. But this of course isn't any fault of the tour. Just something for visitors to be aware of.
Thank you for your review we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and found our guide Daniel He sure deserves your praise for his efforts. We appreciate your feedback regarding the extra costs for entry fees. We hope that despite this, the tour was able to provide you with a meaningful and informative experience. Thank you for recommending our tour and we hope to see you again soon.
due to escalating tensions, our guide did not want to risk going on the actual footsteps of jesus (via delarosa) bc she wouldn’t be allowed in nor want to risk our safety. that is understandable, but as paying guests who expected that as the main part of the tour, we should have been allowed the option of a refund. we had already walked the other areas she ended up taking the group on and we left 2 hours into the tour.
Thanks for sharing your understanding of the situation that you encountered. We are bound by regulations that cannot in any way compromise travelers' safety, thus changes in the itinerary can and certainly do occur! Much to our regret. The guide has no doubt done her best (and by office instructions )to redirect the tour. We are sorry you chose to leave the tour at your own discretion, thus making refunding not available. We are forced to deal with force majeure occurrences in our country but try to make the best with what we can. Sincere apologies.
