I expected someone to be waiting for me when I arrived, with my name on a sign. This is what was communicated to me. After a long journey, I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. Then he didn't know what my destination was, and I had to tell him how to find my hotel, once we arrived nearby. It would have been faster and cheaper if I took a taxi.
