we tried for a longtime to connect to the app to get the instructions. Even though I already paid and provided proof, the app wanted another $17.99. We did not pay and just gave up.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am incredibly sorry that you spent so much time trying to access the game and ultimately had to give up. That is definitely not how we want your Jacksonville adventure to begin! When the app asks for payment again after purchasing through a platform like Viator, it usually means the booking hasn't been linked to your new Questo account yet. However, I want to assure you that we took this to heart and have since completely improved the flow for unlocking games. We have made the process much simpler to ensure that nobody will have to face this frustrating issue again. While we do offer 24/7 in-app customer support to instantly help unlock games, you should never have had to struggle for that long in the first place. We would love the opportunity to make this right and show you how seamless the start of a game should be. Please email us at explore@questoapp.com with your booking details so we can offer you a free quest for your next adventure!
Great day to explore San Marco area while solving fun riddles. I recommend this game. It's an easy walk. The puzzles were not tooooo hard
The clues were fun some were really hard and impossible to know. The route however was terrible. For anyone not in Jacksonville they could put themselves in some danger because there's an area that the scavenger hunt brings you down that's just not safe after dark. It also brings you down a road that's under construction and is not paved and oh by the way is actually closed to traffic and even the sidewalks are closed. It is definitely not handicap accessible if anyone in a wheelchair or Walker wanted to participate
