We did a private tour of isola bella and the palazzo. Micaela was an excellent guide giving us all the information we needed and also allowing us our own space and time to enjoy the splendour of the palazzo. Would very much recommend her for a private tour or group tour

Although we had the rainy day, we managed to get to know the beautiful gardens and palaces. Micaela explained in a very pleasant way the history of the place. The experience was very nice, enriching and fun!! She even started dancing!!!!

We took a private tour with Micaela, at the end of the day to visit isola Bella. It was really perfect. Good value for money. Micaela is passionate and exciting and adapts perfectly to customers. We absolutely loved our private tour by boat of the Isola Bella palace and gardens, as well as a guided stroll of the quaint village on Isola Pescatori, ending with a lovely cruise around Isola Madre. Our lovely tour guide, the ‘famous’ Micaela, was the best!! She was informative, and fun! The Borromean Islands of Lago Maggiore are beautiful, and Micaela’s knowledge of the islands, as well as Lago Maggiore in general, are top notch! We could not have been happier with our wonderful experience taking in the beauty and history of this special place, and we highly recommend the guidance and expertise of the fantastic Micaela!

Our private boat tour from Stresa with Micaela was a fabulous way to see Lake Maggiore and felt like a millionaire experience but at a very fair price. We met Micaela at the boat and she was a convivial hostess with very good English (as opposed to our terrible Italian!) and soon realised that we were happy just enjoying the stunning lake scenery in the late afternoon with a glass of wine in hand. Micaela had suggested dinner at Fisherman's Island which couldn't have been better. The setting overlooking the lake was beautiful and the meal was similarly very good. The restaurant provided a boat to return us to the mainland which was almost as much fun as the trip over to the island. All in all, a great tour and I'd recommend anyone who visits Lake Maggiore to seek Micaela out as she was also very helpful putting the booking together in addition to providing a fabulous experience.
