Our host was brilliant. We were a group of three so we all got a very hands on experience and really enjoyed the food we made. It was great to spend time in the company and kitchen of an Italian passionate about food. We travelled by bus and it was a little difficult to find but our host was helpful with this. Doing something a little bit different on holiday made it more memorable and we are glad that we took this class. It has inspired us to try more Italian cooking now that we are back home.
Wonderful time meeting Michela and Hugo! They were very welcoming in their home and gave us a tour of their garden where a lot of the ingredients were used in their meal cooking. We got to taste zeppoli and two types of pizza for appetizers and helped with some ravioli making. The fresh tomatoes are so delicious! We also helped with making the tiramisu for dessert. Didn’t realize how simple it was to make, so definitely will try to make it at home. Their homemade wine and limoncello were delicious as well! We went with two kids ages 9 and 13. They had a great time too. Highly recommend!
Alessandra was the best! She made the class so fun and engaging and very easy to understand the process.
My friend and I had the best experience making an authentic Italian dinner in a beautiful Italian home. Both hosts were friendly and hospitable. We quickly felt at home and everything we made was delicious. The host even reached out regarding the menu and what we were okay with. Great wine and aperitifs also. We had the best time and was the best night of our trip!
Such a special experience. We loved getting to know Michaela and Roberta and enjoyed the class so much. A great way to get an authentic Italian experience!
