Our walking tours always include Ciudad Vieja, with all the highlights that this historic part of town has to offer - Including Plaza Zabala, Plaza Independencia, the Rambla and some lesser know must-sees in Montevideo!
Quick stop in the garden of Museo de Artes Decorativas - upon request we can do a short tour inside the museum as well!
Stop at the Plaza Independencia, where we will have a look at (and visit) the Mausoleum of general Artigas, the old city gate and the famous Palacio Salvo.
On Plaza Matriz (Plaza de la Constitucion) we will see more of Montevideo's history and have a better look at the famous fountain.

A very beautiful, entertaining, and interesting tour through the Old Town of Montevideo with a friendly guide, with a great deal of knowledge and insight into the country, people, and history. It was fun, despite the constant rain!
