Fun experience and know the process how to make the hat and the incense process. Our tour guide Alex is very friendly and welcoming.
A wonderful tour! Our guide and driver were so friendly. Both village tours were an interesting introduction to incense and hat making. We had plenty of time to take photos and ask questions. Communication was easy with tour operator and everything was so well organised. Highly recommend!
Alex was a wonderful guide! He kindly guided us through incense and hat making in his village. The labour behind each item was not one I had not thought much about but came out of with an appreciation for all the effort that goes into crafting such items. The incense making is so visually beautiful and worth taking a camera for. Would definitely recommend as a half day for anyone wanting to explore just outside of Hanoi. Driver was also prompt and picked us up and dropped us off form each location on time.

I had an amazing experience on the Hanoi Incense Village tour with Henry! From start to finish, everything was well organized, informative, and enjoyable. Henry was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and cultural significance of the incense-making process, and he made the tour both educational and fun. The village itself was beautiful and full of vibrant colors, making it a photographer’s dream. Henry knew all the best spots for photos and was happy to help everyone capture great memories. I especially appreciated learning about the local traditions and meeting the artisans who have been making incense for generations.
Henry was the best tour guide- so helpful and friendly! made the experience very enjoyable
