We did the Jungle Trail with Quechuas and it was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of our trip through Peru. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, but what really made the difference was our guide, Jose. In our case, the group was only two people, and he adapted perfectly to our pace and interests, making the experience very intimate and personalized. His knowledge, professionalism, and passion for what he does made us enjoy every activity and all his explanations very much. We totally recommend doing the Jungle Trail with Quechuas and, if you can, ask for Jose as your guide. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience!
We recently completed the 4-Day Jungle Trail and overall had a good experience. The itinerary offered a nice variety of activities, and the accommodation and food selection throughout most of the trip were good. Our guide, Jose, was friendly and helpful during the tour and kept everything well organized throughout the trip. There were, however, a couple of aspects that we did not enjoy as much. The Sky Lodge was our least favorite accommodation. The rooms had a noticeable plastic smell, and since we arrived quite late and left very early the next morning, we barely had any time to enjoy the facilities or the unique setting. Because of this, the stay felt somewhat unnecessary and did not add much value to the overall experience. We were also not impressed by the restaurant chosen for the final evening. Compared to the rest of the tour, it did not meet the standard of the other meals and accommodations provided during the trip. That said, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the variety of activities was a highlight. The Jungle Trail offers a fun and active way to reach Machu Picchu, and we appreciated the diverse program throughout the four days.
It was a nice trip. We loved rafting and zip line activity. Treks are quite demanding. Check the accommodation they will book for you as we had a issue with that but fortunately they fixed it.
The tour is setup of good combination of different activities: mountain biking, trekking, ziplines and of course perl of the crown - Matchupicchu. We cannot make all trail because intensive land slops blocked train and road near Santa Teressa town but professional guide Jose Luis found a solution to keep the trekking on promised quality level. Trekking path from Santa Maria to Santa Terresa is very nice ending with hot springs and I hardly recommend to make a stop at Monkey cafe for coffee workshop for me its was very nice experience.
Absolutely amazing experience! The entire adventure was very well organized until the smallest details. Our tour guide Carlos Tisock was very professional and helpful throughout the entire trip. He made sure we always been taking care of and had the most pleasant and beautiful experience. He was very knowledgeable and shared his culture with so much passion and joy. Our 4 days Inca Trail hike was a 10/10 adventure and with all my confidence recommend to experience this tour if you want to have the best time in Cusco! Well done!!! Carlos, thank you for your hospitality and outstanding service. Best,
I just got back from the most incredible 4-day adventure. This trip was the perfect mix of action and deep cultural immersion, all leading up to Machu Picchu. I have to give a massive, massive shoutout to our tour guide, Carlos. He wasn't just a guide, he felt like a friend from the very start. He met my friend and me the night before our trip to walk us through every single detail, which meant we could just relax and enjoy ourselves without any questions or worries. His passion for his heritage is contagious! He is unbelievably knowledgeable about Inca history, archaeology, and spirituality. There wasn't a single question we threw at him that he didn't have a fascinating answer for. He took such amazing care of us the entire time, and everything ran super smoothly because of him. The itinerary was jam-packed in the best way possible. We kicked things off with an exhilarating bike ride, speeding down a mountain, and went wild water rafting afterwards (our first time and we were a bit scared but we discovered we absolutely love this and want to do this again!). And of course, the hike to Machu Picchu was the absolute pinnacle. Standing there, with Carlos explaining the significance of everything around us, was a moment I'll never forget. If you’re looking to book this: definitely pack a quick-dry towel! The first hostel doesn't provide one, and you'll also want one for the hot springs you visit to soothe your muscles. If you're looking for an unforgettable adventure, book this tour. And if you're lucky enough to get Carlos as your guide, you are in for an amazing time. Thank you for everything, Carlos <3
Fantastic tour, lots of adventure, miy recommended for all those adventurers who want to know Machu Picchu
Excellent in every way!! They complied with everything agreed upon but the most important thing and what I remember the most is the kindness and professionalism of the guide Fernando on the Inka Trail excursion. Thanks to the magnificent Fernando the agency for making my trip an unforgettable experience
