OPTIONAL STOP: Ben Hai river, known as parallel 17th, was the border between North and South Vietnam during the Vietnam War from 1954 to 1975.
OPTIONAL STOP: Hien Luong Bridge crosses Ben Hai River, in Hien Luong village, Hien Thanh commune, Vinh Linh district, Quang Tri province, Vietnam. Also here, there were fierce " Loud Speaker War", "Color War", and “Flag War” during the Vietnam War.
OPTIONAL STOP: Vinh Moc Tunnels (Vinh Moc hamlet, Kim Thach commune, Vinh Linh district, Quang Tri province) is a civil-military work during the Vietnam War of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam against the attacks from the Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America.
Our driver will drop you off at your hotel in Phong Nha, Dong Hoi or Hue city and we finish our transfer service Hue to/from Phong Nha.

We had a great experience with our driver Nin from Hué to Phong Nha. On the way we visited the bridge and the tunnels, which made the journey really enjoyable. Nin was very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. He drove safely and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was well organized and relaxed. We booked a private tour to get from Hue to Phong Nha. We also wanted to see the DMZ and Vinh Moc caves which was also possible. Our driver Long really made our day memorable. He drove us perfectly and safe to all sightseeing places and the hotel. We really enjoyed that he could speak so good English and told us about: the history of Vietnam, stuff we saw along the way and learn about life in Vietnam. This way it felt like we also had a personal tour guide.
