Sam was our guide. He was wonderful. He’s from that area so he gave us a lot of information. We had a great group and saw a lot of wonderful things like the beautiful views, the citadel, imperial Palace, pagoda by the river, oyster farming, and we had a wonderful lunch

It’s fantastic that, being from the area, he could share so much local information with you. We’re also really happy you enjoyed the group and all the wonderful sights you visited—beautiful views, the citadel, the Imperial Palace, the pagoda by the river, oyster farming, and a great lunch. Thanks again, and we hope to welcome you back on another tour soon!
In one day you get to see all the highlights. You don't spend a lot of time at any of the places visited, but enough to see them and move on. If I were to do it again I would probably spend a night in Hue and find a tour that goes more in depth. The time travelling back and forth from Da Nang really takes a chunk out of the time for sightseeing. We enjoyed and learned a lot but next time I would rather take the train all the way up to Hue. Spend the day and night and maybe get a driver back.
Great tour with Cong. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Hue. I'm so happy to have done the tour and great guide. The day was hot 🔥 🥵 but I got great views and photos

The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided a very good explanation it sometimes a little log and repetitive. He did not mind you wandering off or taking photos and gave you plenty of time at all places we visited. I have problems with steps and he just let me take everything in my own time no pressure to keep up. The lunch was amazing, my only criticism is that there was only one stop through the Hai Van Pass and not in a very good place, would have to have had more stops for photos going through the Pass. But it was a very good day out.
Excellent tour and well worth it. Made especially good by a knowledgeable and delightful tour guide Miang. It was very hot and the tour provided several bottles of icy cold water, which was appreciated by all.

Wonderful tour but not enough time to enjoy all the sightseeing. Great guide with perfect history knowledge. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

So well organized and engaging, despite the heat. Mian had clear and concise communication throughout which made our first time journey risk free. Be sure to look out the window there and back as there's lots to see.
The agency is flexible, helpful and reliable. I picked up this tour for both the sightseeing and the transportation from Hoi An and Hue. They happily agreed to drop me off at Hue at the hotel I chose. I exchanged some mail with the agency, to discuss the detail, and their response was always prompt. They picked up me and my suitcase at the hotel in Hoi An and drop me off at Hue around 3:30, which gave me some time to have a walk along the river in the evening. The guide Mien, with her fluent English, helped make our tour interesting and entertaining.
We loved this trip! We were a bit daunted by the thought of 10 hours but we saw so much and our guide Hue was so informative we had an amazing day. And lunch was a Vietnamese banquet of very delicious treats. Definately worth the money.
