I had asked for our experience at 4 o’clock. We were picked up at 5:50 in an old vehicle filled with mosquitoes (we love it). To finally be in the hot air balloon at 7am. So the sun was already up... in the hot air balloon it was like a factory (28 people + the pilot). Being a group, we were separated in it. The luxury vehicle? Really??? The right joke! And what about the guide who has only thought to tell us time and again not to forget his tips to him and the driver. And guys, you don’t get paid by the tour operator or what? I estimate that at 50€ per person, the guide is already paid by his employer. In short very bad organization throughout the morning. Totally disappointed.

Really disappointing. Pickup was not at 4:00 a.m. as stated in the description but at 6:30 a.m. We arrived around 7:00 a.m. at the balloon launch site and were told it would take another hour before we could fly. In the meantime, we saw around 20-25 balloons taking off. At 8:00 a.m., we were told to board our balloon, only to learn 15 minutes later that we were not granted permission to fly as it was already too warm. While it’s not entirely the company’s fault, they should state that pickup times can vary and that it’s possible you may not be able to fly. If they had picked us up at 4:00 a.m., as advertised, or even 5:00 a.m., we could have gone on the flight since many balloons had already taken off by that time. The only positive aspect was the tour afterward, and they refunded us the money on the same day.
