Hot Air Balloon Flight over Teotihuacan with CDMX Transportation

Simply wow, I was impressed with Letty's attention, even after the tour that night she wrote to us to find out how our experience had been. They picked us up at the hotel very punctually, then they took us to the reception, the entire itinerary went as promised, and I want to give my congratulations to the captain of the flight, the truth is I felt very safe at all times and the experience will never be forgotten. That day was my birthday and they showed me a surprise Happy Birthday note (I saw that other agencies charge for this service), so I was pleasantly surprised. After the flight they took us to breakfast, they offer 2 breakfast options, we chose the buffet type and wow, everything was also delicious. The truth is that I recommend it with closed eyes if you want to travel with a professional company and that everything is very safe and just as they promise, they exceeded my expectations and just on my birthday, it couldn't have turned out better!!

From the moment of takeoff, they wanted the 4 of us to separate, they waited until the moment they put us in the basket to do so. Also a basket too small for 11 people. The flight was too low, it couldn't be seen from the other 30 balloons that were above us. It never rose to the advertised height, perhaps half that compared to the other balloons. It was one of the last balloons to take off and one of the first to land. Reviewing the personal photos and videos, we counted exactly 24 minutes versus 50 minutes, in any case for what had been paid. It is a very long trip from Mexico City and too early, especially with small children, for such an antics. The person handling the balloon simply said that it was too windy... In any case, all the other balloons continued flying. The tour operator, Zuritour, could not do anything about it.

The place where they took us to breakfast, the snacks, the toast, the photographs and the flight itself has a score of 200/10 and if we return to CDMX I would go again to live this experience
