Enjoy an unforgettable horseback riding experience in Colico, at the northern tip of Lake Como, ideal even for beginners thanks to the comfortable Western saddle and a short practice session before the ride. Choose between a 1-hour or 2-hour tour, both featuring a scenic ride to the lake with a stop at the beach (when accessible) and peaceful trails through the surrounding fields. The 2-hour tour offers something extra: a beautiful trail through the woods, reaching the first paths of the Valtellina region. In summer, you can even ride your horse into the river or lake, creating a truly unique memory. In winter, snow rides are a magical way to explore the snowy landscape. Throughout the ride, an experienced guide will lead you along breathtaking routes with views of unspoiled nature, rivers, mountains, and the eastern shores of Lake Como. In case of disability, the provider will assess on site if participation is safe; otherwise, the experience will not take place.

I had the most amazing time at Ranch la Quencia. 😍It was my very first time riding a horse, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.🤩❤️😊 The ride itself was absolutely stunning — we went through open fields and peaceful forests, with beautiful mountains and a lake in the background. The scenery felt almost unreal and made the whole experience even more magical. I still catch myself thinking about that day because it made me so happy and relaxed.🥰 The horses are special and incredibly beautiful❤️, and you can tell they’re well cared for. The staff was also very friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and safe as a beginner.😊 This experience was truly worth it, and I would recommend it to everyone — whether it’s your first time riding or not, it’s something you’ll definitely remember for a long time! 🥰😊
