I was honestly hesitant to book because of previous reviews about not being able to reach them, but that wasn’t our experience at all. We called and they picked up right away, the staff was kind, helpful, and quickly confirmed our reservation. I recommend calling and then sending a screenshot of your booking via WhatsApp (+52 958 174 2792) right after, just to confirm and coordinate. This ended up being the best thing our family did during our trip to Zihuatanejo. Ramón deserves high praise (he gave such a detailed and engaging tour). My daughter and I were a bit nervous at first as it was our first time horse riding, but he made us feel completely comfortable. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole experience was unforgettable. We keep saying it was the highlight of our trip, don’t miss it!

Horses are very well trained and know the route very well. The tour guide was very professional and stopped for many photos opportunities. We had a great time!
Beautiful pristine beach with hardly any people made for a memorable experience. Horses were comfortable with nervous riders and knew what they were doingand where they were heading. Guides were friendly and were comfortable with English.

Pablo and Angel were great guides that lead us on this beautiful beach walk! Everything went smoothly and the beach was secluded, one of the most gorgeous i’ve ever seen!
The beach was gorgeous, the horses were well trained, easy for beginner riders. It lasted for w good hour which was all we needed
Was very fun time, well trained horses. Right on the beautiful playa,in water. I had leader horse, got to run him a couple times. Was a blast. Highly recommend. Don't miss this fun time.
Horse back riding was fun, but they were not very organized. We waited at the hotel lobby for pickup at 8:30 like we were instructed and no one showed up and took an hour to get a response. When they finally called, they offered an afternoon booking even though we paid for the morning. They agreed to take us finally and then later messaged my friend saying she didn’t pay for enough people when we all had properly paid. The horses and the guide were great….and my legs and butt weren’t even sore.
This was a great activity to do in Ixtapa. An English-speaking driver picked us up at our hotel and took us to the stable. The horses were very tame and sweet. The ride on the beach was beautiful and the staff on the trail ride were very nice. There could have been slightly more communication from the tour company to confirm our tour/pickup time. Otherwise, it was a great activity.
