- Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - MGM Grand/Showcase Mall 3791 S. Las Vegas Blvd (west entrance of tour lobby/south end of Showcase Mall), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

While the tour is good if you stay on the bus, it was not good for hopping on and off. With the 45-minute time length between buses at stops, you either baked in the hot sun with no idea how much longer the wait was going to be or gave up and walked or took a taxi. Both my husband and I tried to download the app and weren’t successful. It was also hard finding the bus stops. We ended up just taking taxis most of the time. We bought the 2-day pass which was not worth it as we had trouble finding the bus stop and when we did had no idea when the bus would be there. So we never used the 2nd day. Also, no shade or seating to wait for the bus either.
Didn’t book through trip advisor but the service’s website. Consistently late according to their “real-time” tracking. Was 2 stops from our drop off point and the driver sat in the 102 degree sun for about 5 minutes and then I asked the driver what the deal was. He said he was going to sit there for another 12 minutes before he started towards the next stop. No announcements were made about this. Chose to get off and walk 1.25 miles back to our resort. Would be a great way to get around but not very good on timeliness or communication.
I enjoyed my trip. Are driver Alvina was very knowledgeable and kept us very entertained. We happened to have her our full trip, even though we got off and on many stops. Our first stop was the Highroller and the SPEAR. Then we stop at Fillmore street. Our last stop was near Circuit Circus. We purchase a 2 day ticket which I feel is a good deal.If you're in vegas for multiple days. My only downfall is the time frame that the bus stops.I feel that if we're doing a full day, we should be allow to have the full day, they stop at a certain time.And then they have a nighttime bus. All in all if I visit vegas again , I will certainly purchase a ticket for the Big Bus.
We missed the first bus because it came about 10 minutes or more before the scheduled time and didn't wait until there time of arrival. We call the office and Elizabeth was very nice and very helpful. She made sure we was able to catch the next bus. Alvina was very nice the bus driver.She gave us lots of helpful information and lead us in the right direction. She let us off at the appropriate stop.

We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to ride two times with Alvina. She was so pleasant and had a very upbeat personality. We enjoyed our time in Vegas and being able to see it on the big bus made It that much better! 🚍. I got some of my best pictures from the top of the bus! (Sitting down from my seat, of course!) 🥰

The tour was very convenient to take. The 24-hour ticket pass was worth it to enjoy all the highlights of Paradise and Las Vegas cities.

We arrived at our stop and were told that the bus would be another 30 minutes. We decided to walk to a different stop and the same thing happened. Then later on around 4 PM, we went back to the original stop and there was no attendant and no bus to be seen anywhere. We waited an additional 30 minutes. We never ended up being able to get on the bus at all, and it was a complete waste of money! Very disappointing!

Great way to get around Las Vegas. We were able to hop on and hop off at various hotels and Freemont. Loved the app because it showed how far away the buses were and even had pictures showing where the stop was and what I looked like. Although the air wasn’t super cool downstairs sitting upstairs under the cover was rather cool with the breeze. We also did the night trip and that was fun as well. Alvina was helpful giving us tips and places to go during the day. Just a friendly reminder there is still a lot of walking involved. After all it is the Vegas Strip. lol.
