- Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - MGM Grand/Showcase Mall 3791 S. Las Vegas Blvd (west entrance of tour lobby/south end of Showcase Mall), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

Definitely not cool inside the bus. Just blowing hot air. Stops too far apart, time in between the next bus is too long.

My Big Bus experience was great! Aisek was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to tell my sisters and I which stops were the best to visit and answered all of our questions. His excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. One suggestion: it would be nice if there were some shaded areas at the bus stops. It gets very hot while waiting, and having some shade would make the experience much more comfortable.
