Great day, really enjoyed enjoyed with my boys. Staff members are humble they welcomed they're guests.
It turned out to be a scam for us. The customer service sent us the tickets TWO HOURS AFTER the trip ENDED. It was very stressful to find out 10 min before the trip that we have to buy all the tickets again. The cost difference between ordering online and buying on the spot is almost double. I have submitted the complain to Viator customer care and hope to get the amount reimbursed. I will also submit the complaint to TripAdvisor.
Loved the tram ride up to the Peak. Unfortunately the view was limited with cloud and rain. Went up to Sky Terrace 428 and was immediately sent back down the escalators as they closed the area. We were told to come back later but the rain continued so this part of the experience was a total waste of money. Still worth doing the tram to the peak but would not recommend the extra for Sky Terrace if the weather is bad.
Was wonderful, views spectacular. We got up there early, about 10, when we were leaving it was getting very busy, so would go early.
This is a tourist stop but a good one. The tram was a fun ride and offered something a little different in the city. Once at the top it was easy to spend a good amount of time exploring, having a meal and taking in the views. Having the Sky Terrace ticket also allowed a few more uninterrupted views from a slightly higher vantage point.
Veiws were breathtaking. The ride was short but worth it.

Get there early! Very enjoyable experience. Lots of shops at the top which I didn't expect! Views were amazing!
Super long line and people are inconsiderate. View was good but they let too many people out on the terrace so you can’t even really enjoy it because everybody’s phones are up and they’re all taking photos. You can catch a glimpse, but you’re better off finding another lookout point in the city, which is just as nice and potentially free.
