Pickup Locations & Times
For Airport pick up please contact us via our number on WhatsApp or iMessage for instructions to get to the bus pick up point. This service has no greeter at arrival hall. Please specify your arrival flight number. For hotel pick up please specify your hotel name and guest name. We pick up all travellers at the cruise terminal (both Kai Tak or Ocean Terminal). Kai Tak International Cruise Terminal On the day please ask guest to follow these instructions. The ship will allow passengers to disembark off the ship to enter into the Kai Tai Cruise Terminal. Passenger must go through immigration counters and the pick up their bags and to go through customs. Once past customs guests will exit to the outside of the building and right in front there is the taxi stand. From the taxi stand please turn right hand side to head upstairs to 1/F. At 1/F is where private vehicles are and in the centre area there is pick up hall. At the pick up hall there is one vending machine, the driver will wait right by the vending machine for your pick up. I have attached the picture for this vending machine at 1/F as reference, please find this attachment on this email. Ocean Terminal Please wait by the driveway as you walk out from immigration and driver will be picking you from there. Let me know should there be any questions.

Weather very bad … hot heavy rain and wind so you can’t walk in the street … moist … very crowded when walking in streets or using metro … people very rude and don’t respect well chair …. Elevator is for older people or pregnant or handicapped but being used by normal young people without respect for the priorities…. Very expensive food restaurant or taxis ….Bad experience I will not repeat it

This is in fact is a bustling city with many people and crowds and cars and especially it is now the wet season which we get a lot of rain. I personally believe it get a lot of used to when it comes to getting around in Hong Kong and we are glad and feel privileged for you to book our airport transfer so you can enjoy some quiet time and ease of getting to the airport from your hotel with any of the hassle you mentioned. If you and your party ever come to Hong Kong again you should sign up for one of our tours so we can assist and show you the best of Hong Kong with an ease, a good display of the city of its backgrounds and histories and local cultures so you can fit right in and be a local. Our transfer from the cruise port in Hong Kong to the airport was perfect. We got to our meeting point about 12 minutes early, and he was there waiting for us. Not one for a lot of conversation, he was very professional and a very good driver. We had been gone for a month, so we had a lot of luggage. Once we got to the airport, he immediately procured a couple baggage carts (without being prompted), and he was courteous in every way.
The only way to transfer. Clean efficient service in a luxury car at a cost not much more than a taxi
