We had a wonderful day exploring the highlights of Hong Kong with Andy Chan. I was introduced to Andy through my two daughters who had toured with him on a prior visit to Hong Kong and he did not disappoint. My wife and I have traveled extensively worldwide and have used the services of many private tour guides. Andy is very friendly, witty, and extremely knowledgeable about both the current and prior history of Hong Kong. He showed us the highlights of the city while also showing us the small hidden gems that would never be enjoyed without local knowledge. It is without reservation that I high recommend having Andy show you the beauty of Hong Kong in a private, slow and fun way!
Thank you and see you again!!
Excellent tour! Andy not only caters the tour to your likes and interests, he is flexible, and provides great historical knowledge as well. If you're a foodie, just let him know what foods you want try and he'll recommend the perfect spot! I highly recommend this tour.
Thank you and see you again!
This was a terrific tour. Andy could not have been a better tour guide. We walked through Kowloon seeing places that most people would not see. We stopped along the way at a hole in the wall restaurant for a Cantonese lunch which had Michelin stars. Best food on this trip! I would highly recommend.
Thank you and hope to see you again!
Andy was the perfect host to introduce my wife and I to Hong Kong. We toured with him on our first day and his knowledge made the remainder of our trip easy. He showed us primary neighborhoods and markets and how to use the various modes of public transportation which allowed us to seamlessly move about the city the remainder of our stay. His knowledge of the city's history and insight on the culture was second to none. And not to mention the food experiences along the way were delicious and made it much less intimidating to order when we were on our own. We highly recommend Abdy as a tour guide for those who are unfamiliar with this great city
Thank you and hope to see you again!
We had an amazing experience with our private tour guide Andy in Hong Kong. He shared so many interesting stories and insights, and we could ask him absolutely anything. Andy gave us great local restaurant tips and took us to highlights like Victoria Peak and Hong Kong Central, as well as to a small local temple. What we loved most was that he brought us to authentic, non-touristy places and showed us the real Hong Kong. An absolute recommendation — thank you, Andy, for a fantastic tour!
Thank you and hope to see you again!
The 5 hour walking Tour with Andy was perfect from the point of booking through to us saying good bye at the end walk!! We had significant communication ahead of the day planning what we wanted to do/see and what our interests were. Andy met us at the hotel at the start and from there we covered so much ground by walking, bus, Tram and the MTR. Andy was very polite, very easy to converse with and very knowledgeable about both the current Hong Kong and its history. This was our first trip to Hong Kong but by the end of the day we not only had a very good feeling for the place but also understood so much of the background and history!
Thank you and hope to see you again!
This was one of the best experiences I had in Hong Kong. Andy was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he made it easy to explore neighborhoods I would never have found on my own. He shared fascinating insights into Hong Kong’s history and culture, which were incredibly helpful in understanding the city, and I especially loved trying local food with him. It felt authentic, relaxed, and truly memorable. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful local experience.

My family and I had a 12 hour layover in Hong Kong and met up with Andy for a half day tour of the city. He communicated very well and we met at HK train station. From there we went on a walking tour of the city where we saw some amazing sites like Victoria Peak, Victoria Harbour, and the mid-level escalators. We had some delicious fun-sun, which was an experience in and of itself. We highly recommend Andy. He is a very personable guide and knowledgeable. Our whole family enjoyed our time with the Andy showing us his city. Thank you, Andy!
