With the state-of-the-art Smart Order, the contactless food ordering service, you can self-order main dishes from the app menu by scanning a QR code right at the chosen seat, without walking around for food pickup and avoid queuing or waiting at the food counter. Sit back and relax, without leaving your seat or luggage unattended, and have our servers deliver your ordered dishes directly to your seat in a timely manner. Don't forget to try our signature Hong Kong-style fish ball noodle soup and use your Smart Traveller app to redeem our signature premium XO sauce.

Nice place to rest after a long journey. All facilities are good and have showers if you need to use them. Choices of food could be improved.
Two long flights. Couldn’t upgrade so the plaza suite is great to freshen up with a shower. Nice snacks, meals. Tea / coffee and other drinks if required.. nice soft chairs to relax in and a screen showing the flight times and boarding gate. Really nice and helpful staff. Great hot shower and amenities..

Absolutely terrible at the one near Gate 1, so crowded, it's fine if it's free with your credit card. If you paid a lot for your air ticket and the airline provides you with this lounge then it's not good. Children running around, hot. Staffs are trying hard but no peace and quiet. I will check out the other one near Gate 40 at my next visit.

Plaza Premium Lounge good food and great service. Maribec has been very helpful and tje service has been exceptional. My wife and I enjoyed our time at the lounge while waiting for our flight jome.

Shabby, overcrowded. Hot good was disgraceful and cold. Not worth the cost service was exceptional by staff satisfying customer needs

To pay over $293 I expected a bed or a recliner and very good feed. Utterly waste of money. You will be in a crowded place, on a chair sleeping with a sore neck and twisted body with no views in this lounge . Food is down below the desirable cuisine. The only positive is a refreshing shower. I’m

HongKong by gate 35 Plenty of comfortable quiet seating plus work tables.Selection of snacks and drinks, don’t forget to book in for a 30 minute shower time on arrival. Only thing missing was some seating where you can lean back and put your feet up
