- The Plaza Premium First has locations in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport. You must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges.

I had a great experience dining and relaxing in the Infinity lounge. The food and service excellent.
It’s is my first time to use The Plaza Premium First lounge. Even the food selection is limited, I must commend the staff for their excellent service. They all greeted me with a smile. Shoutout to the star staff: Rorelle Layug, Imelda Bello, Wynton Abe, and Annie Maborang. They made sure I am at home. The food need to improve a lot:

A wonder experience from start to finish. The food was great, dbeautiful, but what made it truly special was hard and she was kind, genuine welcoming, and made me feel at home home ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and exceptional service. Been to Plaza Premium First lounge was a fantastic experience. Also was very impressed with the variety of food & beverage options being offered. Big shout out to the staff especially Vikas & Kanya along with the other staff who were welcoming & professional. Would definately come again if I am back in HK in the future!!
