Agnes was on time and prepared, regardless of my requested 7am start time. We packed in a ton of sightseeing on foot, ferry, subway, minibus and tram. She took me to a delicious locals-only dim sum restaurant and an excellent exhibition at the Palace Museum. I was very happy with her knowledge and excellent English.
We booked this great tour with Hans well in advance and the anticipation was great. Our expectations were accordingly high. A few days before our tour, the company contacted us , which we both found extremely reliable. So we were able to clarify details of the tour, i.e. meeting place and other organizational things. Shortly before our trip our guide Hans contacted us. He wrote us wonderful suggestions for the day with him and so we could put together the tour exactly to our taste. All our wishes and ideas were considered and implemented. On the day of the tour, we then meet Hans at the agreed meeting point very punctually and easily to find. This day was even nicer than we thought and we learned a lot about the country and people and culture. We enjoyed spending the whole day in Hong Kong with Hans. Hans is wonderful! A very friendly and open person. We already miss him. We can only recommend this tour to you 100%. You can't experience Hong Kong better!!!
