The driver contacted me directly in advance of the airport pickup and was waiting for us at Arrivals of Hong Kong airport when we collected our luggage. He was professional and personable. The car was clean and immaculate. I booked the service with the same company for the following morning when we returned to the airport. It was also a perfect 10 experience.
