Wax museum part was ok not as life like as expected. The mirror maze and zombie attraction were great and allot of fun. Over all enjoyed our experiences there.
Great Wax museum. Loved the characters and the Laser challenge. The Zombie room was one of the better "haunted houses" I have been in and the mirror maze was the best in the area (2-3 others to choose from, locally)
We purchased the all access pass, this was our very first visit. The ladies took their time to explain the package deals and what we could add or take away. They were very enthusiastic and got us excited from the beginning. Everything was thoroughly explained as to where each exhibit was and what to expect. We did the wax figures first which was really cool. I am not going to confirm or deny that the outbreak exhibit had us screaming, running and leaving our teenager in the dust! The mirror one we did last and although short and confusing, it was equally as fun. The souvenir shop was also very cool.
Lots to see and great props and music. The museum had a great selection of celebrities to see. There was something for everyone from comedy to horror. The additional activities (mirror mirror and outbreak) were fun. Entertaining for us all.
My husband and I visited the first week of April 2021. The museum was busy but it was not too bad. Some celebrities are pretty good (probably 3/4 or more), but others were pretty bad (Elvira, Jamie Foxx, Christian Bale, Humphrey Bogart, Ben Afflek, Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Downey Jr.). We would go again and would recommend others to go as well. Give yourself about an hour and a half to go. We used a Senior Citizens discount so if that applies to you, don't forget to ask for it.
We enjoyed it it was awesome had fun kids enjoyed themselves as well the wax museum could have been alittle better but all in all it was good
We had a blast on our recent trip to Myrtle Beach. This was a must on our visit. I love the interactive displays and the different props scattered around for pictures and along the walking tour. If you have a couple hours to spare or on a rainy day, I recommend going to the Hollywood wax museum. We also did the mirror maze and zombie apocalypse room. Just a fun time goofing around. Very fun and family oriented.
We had an awesome time at the museum. The haunted adventure had me in tears, as my family was actually scared and made us breeze through. Some of the associates weren't able to scare us, because they were running so fast. The ticket attendant stated people generally take at least 15 minutes to go through and we completed it in under 6 minutes. I wish there was a video purchase available for this barrel of laughs.
Truly a fun, fun place to visit. We all had a great time using the props and taking pictures with some of our most favorite celebrities. Very much worth the money, we all had a ball.
Came to Myrtle on vacation and needed a break from the sun. We got the all access pass for the wax museum. The wax museum was so much fun we could not stop laughing at our poses. They had Hugh Hefner on display and that was a hilarious pose. We also did Hana with the mirrors experience and it was a blast. If you are closter phobic I would not suggest it. We then went to the Zombie outbreak and it was scarier than our haunted houses in the fall by us and we loved it! I would not suggest it for little ones though. And the best part is you can use your ticket for each exhibit over the course of 24 hours do you can essentially spread out your visit over 2 days. Great experience there.
