You'll also have the chance to explore the charming Hobbit-inspired huts. Next, we’ll head to Altamira, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the three towering volcanoes that surround Antigua. We had the best time!! Nelly, our guide, was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, great English and beyond patient & loving with my chatty 6 year old. Would highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience with our tour guide, Nelly, during our visit to Hobbitenango and Altamira. She truly made the day unforgettable. What stood out most was how incredible she was with my 5-year-old daughter. Nelly went above and beyond to make her feel special, included, and engaged throughout the entire trip. Even after the tour, my daughter couldn’t stop talking about Nelly and all the fun she had. That alone says everything about the kind of person and guide she is. Nelly never rushed us and allowed us to take our time enjoying both mountains, the breathtaking views, and all the attractions. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personal rather than just another tour. She also took countless photos for us, making sure we captured all the memories without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. Thanks to her, we came home with amazing pictures and even better memories. If you’re visiting Hobbitenango and Altamira, I highly recommend requesting Nelly as your guide. Fernando and our driver were excellent. In particular Fernando was an amazing tour guide and he modifies it to who's on the tour. You know when you book this that Hobbitenango and Altamira are two beautiful picturesque spots, but it also has tons of fun games and activities if you're a more active group. There's an air swing and archery at Hobbitenango, plus mario kart and a little gym at Altamira, a lot of fun activities and the restaurant and bar at Altamira is beautiful and gives you a stunning view! I would recommend this tour to anyone, it's not that pricey and you do and see a lot.

Hobbitenango and Altamira are beautiful places with many view points of Antogua and surrounding towns and volcanos. Esteban was an amazing tour guide and a lot of cub. Highly recommend it. Just take into consideration that depending on the size of your group and the amount of time each person takes to do their photos, will determine how much of each site you will be able to see.
The overall experience was phenomenal! Nelly was thorough and very knowledgeable on the tour! She recommended great places to eat and shop and she was line enough to take lots of photos of me & my friends! Our driver Fernando was also wonderful! He made sure we had a safe and comfortable trip and was very kind also! I can’t wait to return to Antigua and tour with Nelly again!

Lots of walking. It may be tempting to dress up because a lot of the scenes there are very IG-friendly, but wear comfortable shoes. Guide and driver were very nice, informative, and made our group of ladies feel safe. We had a lot of fun exploring and learning about the volcanoes that are visible from the parks.
