This place is huge with a staircase in between to climb to the second floor. On the ground floor during the drive with Jeremy to do a virtual tours briefing the room was packed with attendance.I did not go there by motor cycle. In the past the palace has many leads about who is in fashion in saigon and what do they think about the foods in cholon.
Nearly impossible to figure out where to get your ticket. I got sent on a wild goose chase from the Palace to a travel agency to the central post office and ended up spending more on Grabs around the city trying to get onto this tour than I actually spent on the tour itself. You also apparently aren’t allowed to tour the Independence Palace until you’ve completed your 1 loop on the hop on hop off bus. And only 1 loop is included. I’ve been to about 50 countries and spent a decent amount of time in Asia but this tour has to be the worst I’ve ever taken. Once I finally got my ticket and was able to go into the Palace it was very nice, but you are much better off just buying a ticket there.
Had expected to hop on and off all day but only allowed round circuit once . the war museum and market was well worth a visit
The bus is great when you're on it, but they don't seem to arrive regularly. We waited for over 30 minutes in the heat of the day near the Independence Palace and no bus came so we had to find another way back to our hotel.
Thank you for using our services. Your satisfaction is our honor. We hope to serve you again shortly.
Probably could have been worded better that this is more about driving around the city than the palace itself. When I got to the palace, they refused to accept that the booking came with a ticket and that I should find someone in the red shirt to help but as they drop you off a couple hundred meters from the palace, I was already off it and just ended up buying another ticket anyway...

Extremely busy with scooters and trucks. Hop on Hop off bus very bad. No bus stops or stop numbers. Driver did not stop at places of interest on map.

Amazing tour operator that is well organised and immediately responds to any questions. They go the extra mile to ensure you have the best experiences. Highly recommend
The tour operator was amazing. Very well organised and customer service a 10 out of 10. They followed up to ensure we had the best experience.
Very nice tour in and around Ho Chi Min!( Cu Chi Tunnels and especially Mekong Delta are amazing) No Chi Min is a crazy, beautiful town!!!
We got The one hour tour and the ticket for the independence palace. This was a good way to see the main sights and then visit the palace and other areas in more detail. Be useful to tell people to meet the hop on hop off ticket provided outside the independence palace as we were in the ticket office who couldn’t help us.
Thank you very much for your appreciation of our tour. Wish you all the best and hope you continue to support us.
