My tour with Kai was amazing! He catered the tour based on what I wanted to see/do and he was so knowledgeable. Based on the tour alone I would give this 5 starts but the reason I don't is that I really struggled to get the tour operator, Carmen, to respond to my emails and get all the details of my tour into place. I spent weeks going back and forth and expressed how frustrating this was and repeatedly was told that someone would contact me, only to realize later that no-one would. It wasn't until I threatened leaving a bad review that someone quickly responded. Booking a tour should not be so stressful like this and I would not do it again with trip Advisor. That being said Kai was amazing and I really enjoyed the tour itself based on my personal guide.
We got a great impression of the city, NuNu also gave us many insights into life, with her always good mood and her charm.
We had a brilliant tour with Phuc when we came to Ho Chi Minh! Phuc was very knowledgeable and we went to the presidential Palace and the war museum, the post office, and then ho chi minh market. Phuc really helped us out by managing to get us some tickets for the bamboo circus in the evening which was amazing and he really went above and beyond to ensure we had a special day and everything was sorted for us when we arrived at the opera house. A friendly experience and an intresting tour, would definitely recommend Phuc. Thank you for a brilliant day!
