We had an amazing experience planning our trip to Vietnam with Mia Nguyen from BESTPRICE, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We visited Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City, and Mia took care of every single detail—from flights and ground transportation (including buses) to hotel bookings and all our tours and activities. Everything was seamless and very well organized, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the trip. Some of our favorite experiences included a beautiful day in Ninh Binh, especially the bike ride through the rice fields; the beach in Da Nang where we enjoyed fun activities like surfing, buggy boarding, banana boat, and parasailing; visiting Marble Mountain and Monkey Mountain (home to the impressive Lady Buddha statue); strolling through Hoi An at sunset; Coconut Village, taking a cooking class and biking through a nearby village; and in Ho Chi Minh City, the fantastic nighttime food tour by Vespa, as well as visits to the Post Office and the War Museum. Since we were traveling from the Middle East, our trip was slightly complicated by the US–Israel–Iran situation, which affected our travel plans. We even decided to extend our stay in Da Nang at the last minute. Throughout all of this, Mia was incredibly helpful, flexible, and responsive—always assisting us with kindness and professionalism, even with last-minute changes. We are truly grateful for her support and highly recommend Mia Nguyen and BESTPRICE to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. She made our journey smooth, memorable, and stress-free.

Rosie at Best Price Travel selected some wonderful hotels and packages for us. Unfortunately, I was unwell with a virus for a few days and she completely rearranged our schedule and dealt with everything for us, which would have been virtually impossible for us to do. Excellent service!

It was a wonderful excursion, we were able to discover the Mekong Delta by boat, the manufacture of bamboo and silk textiles, coconut milk caramels, weaving mats... special mention for Typhoon our guide who has an overflowing energy!

I booked my trip with MY UYEN in the Ho Chi Mihn city office. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the trip that was right for me. I did the half day Ho Chi Mihn city tour and our tour guide was very well informed and gave us a wonderful insight into the country! I was asked to be ready for pick up between 7:30 and 8:00am. I sent several messages during this time to the company to confirm I was in the lobby and to ask for time of arrival. I waited until 8:15 and after getting no response to my messages decided to ask for a refund.
